Para ir en familia se está bien.

Las vistas son muy bonitas y la terraza que tiene se está muy bien.

La cama era incómoda. Y al irnos las llaves se tenían que dejar arriba en el apartamento y cuando bajamos le dimos al botón que abre la puerta y cuando estábamos bajando para la segunda puerta estaba cerrada y nos quedamos encerrados sin poder abrir la puerta.

Bien

La propriétaire est sympathique et toujours à l'écoute. Elle nous a envoyé un message pour savoir si on avait besoin de qq chose.. . L'appart est au centre de Fuengirola a quelques mètres de la station de bus de Fuengirola. Tout est à portée de main (magasins,resto,plage,supérette....) . L'appart est propre. Cuisine complète (micro-onde,four, cafetière, ustensiles....) . Le wifi marche bien sans coupure. . L'appart se situe presque dans l'avant dernier étage d'un grand immeuble .. la vue est imprenable sur la ville... Autre avantage : pas trop de moustiques ni de cafards 😁 . Salle de bain complète (gel douche, shampooing, sèche cheveux, beaucoup de serviettes,...)

. Dangereux si on vient avec des enfants en bas âge vu qu'il se situe presque dans l'avant dernier étage d'un immeuble de 14 étages ! ... Ne surtout pas laisser les enfants sans surveillance dans le balcon. . Les rideaux blancs du salon doivent être changés en opaques car laissent passer trop de lumière (vu qu'il n'y a pas de rideaux électriques ni au niveau des fenêtres du balcon ni ceux du salon) Ceux qui dorment dans le salon se réveillent tous les jours à l'aube. .Le lit de la chambre mou et inconfortable. Même si la propio a eu la gentillesse de m'apporter un lit d'appoint le problème n'a pas été résolu. Mal dormi pendant tout le séjour malheureusement . . L'eau du robinet n'est pas bonne à boire... À utiliser juste pour cuisiner. Prévoir des litres d'eau en bouteille pour boire. . Pas assez de produits d'hygiène. On a du acheter le détergent pour la lessive , produit nettoyant pour le sol, papier hygiénique ect .. . Le robinet de la cuisine a un très faible flux dérangeant. . Les transats des piscines sont payants. . Stationnement difficile dans la zone. . Bruyant le weekend . . Clim qui marche bien mais l'eau qui s'échappe du climatiseur mouille tout le balcon . Faudra un tuyau pour la déverser a l'extérieur de l'appartement

Nice little apartment in Central location

I like the location a few minutes to the seafront lots of restaurants on your door stop. Apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds,sur con, WiFi, hairdryer and iron. Owner met us on the first day showed us the apartment all very good and no issues. I loved the pool which everyday I used, good size.

You had to pay for sunbeds but at least they were available. 2 euros a day for a bed.

Comfy, well appointed apartment in a good location 2 blocks from nice beaches and restaurants.

Comfort and amenities. Well appointed. Sharp knives!!! Elevator.

The exterior of the building is dirty and has graffiti. It makes it look like it is in a bad neighborhood, and it is not.

Very decent stay, happy to recommend.

12th floor so less flies and mosquitoes than lower levels (still some), brilliant location, close to bus station, train station, port and beaches. Big balcony that catches evening sun with mountain and sea views. Very well equipped, with microwave, kettle, hairdryer etc. TV had English channels including CBeebies which was very useful for us. Sofa Bed is good for adult sharing with a kid, and for 10 month old to play on. Welcome drinks were a nice surprise. Pool is good and open 11am to 7pm, but you have to pay for sun beds if desired. We did not, and was always plenty f shade by pool when we went in the afternoon. Key was provided for entrance lift after a few days.

As is common in many Spanish apartment blocks, you have to go up about 10 steps to enter the building. This was quite a tight entrance with a laden pushchair and lots of luggage. After a few days the host kindly managed to provide us with a key to operate the mini lift by these steps, hopefully now she has the key, future families/disabled guests will not have this problem. Once up those 10 steps there are 3 lifts for the main building, so that is not an issue. The good location has drawbacks at the weekend as lots of traffic noise, horns beeping, partying people etc until early hours of the morning; however midweek was fine.
