Fui a pasar la noche a A Buenos Aires la comodidad de habitación excelente

me gustó todo lo que ofrecían muy variado.

Me parecíó que la ubicación donde se exponen lo ofrecido para el desayuno muy chico y mal ubicado porque no se podía transitar de un lado por las mesas ocupadas.

Great location but they need to up their game

Super location in the heart of Palermo. Nice room, comfy beds.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel (2 night stay). Our toilet was broken from Day 1, continuously flushing after use. We asked at reception the next morning to have it fixed. It was still broken when we got back and no message to explain what was happening. It was flushing noisily all night. On the morning we left, there was a new receptionist who did apologise but who had no log of the problem so the first guy obviously totally ignored us. The swimming pool was so murky you couldn't use it. We never saw anyone in it. Breakfast was average and served in the public café at the front of the hotel with the local paying customers. We would not stay here again.

Excelent boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Very helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

Very modern, clean and located around the trendy restaurants.

Palermo Soho was quite dirty, but nothing to do with the hotel, it is the neighborhood. The breakfast could have a wider selection.

Excelente todo nuevo

Excelente el personal, la gente del café , el lugar divino , difícil encontrar un lindo hotel que no sea antiguo en Palermo , y este cumplió todas nuestros gustos . Lo único malo el check in a las 3 de la tarde , demasiado tarde, no se proque en Buenos Aires es así !

Llegamos y nos recibieron de mala gana, pagué mi estancia con tarjeta y la señora que está ahí en recepción después de p

El hotel no está mal, pero creo que le falta más atención hacia el cliente y que te expliquen de una forma más clara y de mejor modo. Tienes que resolver tus dudas como puedas.

Que no te reciben con buena atención, el personal muy de mal humor, parece que al turista sobre todo mexicano no lo quieren, vimos la diferencia de trato y eso no nos agradó,

It was very good, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious. A good range of food and staff were very friendly.

We tried to use the pool just after 8am to go for a swim before a long flight. Unfortunately we decided not to because it was quite dirty.

Large comfortable room in good location in Palermo Soho

Large comfortable, modern room. Good location walking distance from the action in Palermo Soho. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool when not exploring.

Bed was a bit hard for us and the air con kept switching itself off after a few hours.

Not worth the money

The room is spacious and clean! Simply decorated as well! The location is very nice with many restaurants in the area.

The breakfast is very minimalistic and not really tasty. The pool is quite dirty and so are the pool towels. The room is super noisy - feels like the windows are open !

Ilusão por um preço muito caro !!!!!!!!!

A localização é muito boa, estando perto de tudo, lojas, restaurantes, boutiques, praças, agregando facilidade de acesso a tudo muito perto. Gostamos do atendimento do Sr. Alejandro, excelente em tudo, fazendo de tudo para ajudar e agradar.

Café da manha muito fraco, não condizendo com o preço cobrado pela diária. A piscina estava imunda, não podendo ser usada, e o espaço ao redor da mesma mais sujo ainda. Oferecem uma taça de vinho, mas encerram a cortesia antes do horário estabelecido, deixando o hospede frustrado. Não podemos deixar malas na recepção para tomar café. Obrigando tomar o mesmo separado da esposa.

Ótima localização, decoração de muito bom gosto e quarto confortável.

O café da manhã repetitivo, todos os dias os mesmo itens. Checkin muito tarde, as 15h, e mesmo assim o quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos.

Perfect for a vacation in Buenos Aires

Tucked away in Palermo, we stumbled upon a gem of a hotel that instantly caught our attention. Surrounding us, a myriad of restaurants and bars awaited, all within easy walking distance. But it was the staff who truly shone, their excellence illuminating our entire experience. Despite my struggles with the Spanish language, their patience and understanding were unwavering, adding a touch of warmth to every interaction. The hotel's charm extended even to its attached café, a perfect haven for those moments of respite. Our stay spanned four nights, during which we embraced the tranquility of the neighborhood - a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. And for our journeys beyond, the convenience of Uber seamlessly whisked us away to explore other corners of this vibrant metropolis. Reflecting on those days, it's the fusion of comfortable surroundings, welcoming faces, and the stories etched into the quiet streets that compose the symphony of our Palermo sojourn.

Tasteful and comfortable on the best neighborhood in BsAs

Loved the hotel. Great location, nice and tasteful decor, really comfortable bed and shower. The Sauna was exceptional too.

The breakfast service was a little bit too slow. I was on vacation so it didn't bother me that much, but on a business trip that would be an issue

Very comfortable and clean beds, nice bathroom with hot water :) super friendly staff and an overall cool place! Would recommend and return any time when in Buenos Aires!

The floor in the room below the desk and the drawers/cupboard area was a bit dusty.

location is amazing. very friendly, easy, lively area for a women alone(be aware of pick pocked in the area), overall, pretty safe! the hotel is great, there is all you need and staff is super friendly!

Disappointing

The location is perfect. It was clean.

The girl on the reception want to charge us the price using the official FX, when we were paying in local currency, so no need to make anything. It only stop one a collegue said to her we were right and she only need to charge the argentinian pesos, so close to a scam.
