I would go back.

The room was lovely in accordance with the style of an old building. The breakfast was AMAZING. The location worked perfectly for us as it is a few hundred meters in between Rialto bridge and Piazza St. Mark. Great for access and for sightseeing.

Great location

It was quintessential Venetian, which was so much fun. Bathroom was well organized, which makes being there a dream. The bed was comfortable. The morning. Coffee was greatly appreciated. Matteo was super helpful.

Comfortable stay in Venetian b&b

The property was well located and decorated in gorgeous Venetian style. Matteo was very welcoming and helpful, giving us drinks as we arrived and we were able to leave our luggage after check out until we left the city. The breakfast was delicious, served in our room in the morning at a time of our choice. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Venice.

Great service and comfortable accomodations.

Matteo was so helpful when we needed to book a private water taxi at 0320! He made the reservations for us so we didn't have to. He also was very helpful when we got a little lost because the water bus was not running to Rialto because of construction. The house is quaint (small as expected because it is older) and well air conditioned (great for coming in from a hot day in the Venice sun).

The bathroom is small, but that is expected with historic houses.

The host was very helpful and we would of wasted so much time if he hadn't helped us get to the location we are so greatful. Room was very clean location fantastic 👌

Great location. Fantastic hotel . Great breakfast.

Very central location between Rialto bridge and St Marks however it was quiet in the room. Lovely fresh breakfast delivered to room. Matteo was extremely helpful recommending places to eat and things to see.

Romantic birthday getaway!

Room service was wonderful. All of our needs were met beyond expectation. The decor was exquisite ... All tourist attractions were within walking distance ... overall charming. Matteo was a very kind and gracious host and his staff was beyond accomodating. Highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to enjoy their stay in Venice.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

The room was warm and very comfortable. The breakfast, served in the room, was delicious. We were able to leave are luggage at the property so we could take advantage of Venice even the day of our departure. The location is ideal, near Piazza San Marco and many other attractions.

Great location, good breakfast, amazing beds and pillows

Service was lovelly, communication was clear. I expecially loved the beds and pillows. Our room looked nice and welcoming. Location was amazing, sightseeing and shops were so close.

The shower glass was slightly difficult to open, however no other issues, it did not ruin our stay.

fantastic hotel from start to finish. they messaged to tell me our room was ready early so could drop ours bags off straight away. also let us leave our bags as we had a late flight. Todos was always on reception and happy to help. he also sent us some great food and drink recommendations. highly recommend. i never leave reviews but felt like i really should! location was perfect as well.

My favorite of the three places I stayed in Venice!

This was my favorite of the three places I stayed at in Venice. The room was beautiful, reasonably priced, and comfortable. Breakfast was filling, and the location was amazing. Would return!

The wifi was a tad slow, but if you're patient it works okay.

Perfection!

Wow, the staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful. the rooms make you feel like you have gone back in time to Venetian Heaven. Breakfast is delicious. Location unbeatable. Will never stay anywhere else when in Venice!

We first loved the communication from the host and the ease to get there. Also, we had no idea that breakfast was included with our booking, so that was the most amazing surprise.
