Great location, comfortable room!

Great location with lots of restaurants and sites nearby. We had a comfortable, spacious room for 5 days. The room was equipped with great amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful 5 days where we could work during the day and explore Seville at night!

The property was in a great location with most of the city within comfortable walking distance. The shower and air conditioning were wonderful and we appreciated having a washer.

The pull out bed in the living room wasn’t super comfortable and there were ants in the kitchen.

Short trip and not spent long in accomodation.

Location was excellent. The living room and dining area were spacious. The access to the doors was easy to manage.

The bathroom was small and pokey. The mattresses need replacing. There was an echo in the courtyard and we could hear a lot of noise. The lounge coffee table was dangerously balanced on the legs and ended up falling down when we placed a glass on it. The aircon doesn’t stay on you have to keep getting up to turn it back on which was annoying during the night.

Charming apartment near the Cathedral

The setting with the courtyard was delightful and the location was perfect. The apartment was quiet

Location.

The internet didn't work, after contacting the owner, he said he will check it, but I never got an answer, so texted him again, and he replied that he checked and it should work and the problem is with my devices. I have checked it with 2 phones and 2 laptops and it never worked. Also worth mentioning the air condition unit in the apartment, which stinks, and smells like rotten eggs, so had to turn it off and use the 1 window to get some fresh air, but with the 30+ degrees temperatures, it was not the most convenient. other than that, the location is perfect and all in all the apartment is ok.

The property was fair. A little over priced. The property was very difficult to enter. We were instructed to download an app for initial entry. The app would not work. Had to call the owners to open the Door remotely. I will say, the owner was very prompt in taking care of the problem. Thank you

We had a very enjoyable stay. We will be back!

I liked the location in a small quiet alley between two very busy shopping streets. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

I didn't like the sharp ceiling lights in the kitchen/living room. I also have a suggestion: a bucket in the bath room where you could put all the items that you use in the shower, including not soiled toilet paper. Most bars and restaurants asked people not to put paper in the toilet.

perfect location in the centre of the historic city.

rather small, and very dated decor. the kitchen was shabby and under equipped, particularly disappointed with the tiny tea cups (we had to go out and buy our own).

Amazing stay in a beautiful city!

Very clean apartment situated right in the historic centre of the city. We could walk everywhere from here. Well equipment kitchen corner made our trip with children easier. There was a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board available as well as a hairdryer, clean towels and body wash/shampoo. The property was very safe and quiet too.

Excellent location to enjoy everything downtown Sevilla has to offer

Very central location, beautiful outside patio, satisfactory amenities.

Sadly the proximity of the cathedral means that the bells woke us up around 9:30 every day. There were also some loud neighbours in the patio being very loud in the morning. Maybe there should be signs as a reminder that there are bedrooms at the ground floor. The wi-fi signal was poor in some areas.

Location is fantastic, bed very comfortable
