loved it. everything was luxurious.
nothing not to like.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was amazingly helpful. They gave us a bottle of wine as it was my husband's birthday. The lounge was large and not crowded with all day coffee and beverages and evening snacks.
The very simple breakfast was a very poor value for the price, even the lounge attendant admitted it wasn't much for the amount we had to pay. I would have rated the property higher if it had been included, as the hotel is quite far from other options. Including breakfast would have been a great bonus for the suite which had lounge access but didn't include the breakfast. Hotel is a bit out of the way, access is via car or taxi, the nearest MTR is a bit of a walk if you have luggage, but the staff were happy to call a taxi any time we needed one.

Was upgraded to a Junior Suite at the time of booking. The room was huge. Separate kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom. Lavish interior design. Gym with plenty of equipment. Very quiet hotel. Not too many rooms.
Need to walk outside to the MTR. Can get caught out in the rain. Staff not always around on reception. No one to help with luggage on arrival.

Room upgraded, free fridge bar facility
too far from MTR for what I wanted

Superb room. Very clean, organised and comfortable
No swimming pool and no sauna.

the room is beautiful: High ceilings, incredible bathroom, king sized bed. Breakfast was also fab
Shame it's one floor (i.e. 2nd floor) & I was a tad disappointed not to be upgraded due to the special circumstances that I had booked with (girlfriend's birthday)
