Fantastic picturesque place!

We visited for our honeymoon and the staff left us a bottle of sparkling wine and a nice card in our room. It was very sweet and my husband and I enjoyed it immensely.

There parking lot is a little narrow so if you have a bigger car it is difficult to back out. If we didn't have a back up camera I think we would have had to park somewhere else.

Comfortable overnight stay

Great location not far from the Botanical Gardens. Very tidy and spacious. Loved the character of the building.

Arnold was a lovely front of house person

Area was not clean and a bit run down the room was clean but the pillows were awful and very flat like pancakes it wasn’t a hotel more of a room for rent no restaurant or sitting area for others to sit

Convenient location with good access to city, without the city hubbub.

Nice older building with high ceilings and quiet room. The mini fridge and microwave and table made for a good breakfast setting. Close to university and to Botanical Garden.

The parking lot is very tight, but street parking is good and easier.

Très jolie chambre mais des désagréments (bruit, implantation hotel,parking, eau chaude)

Chambre conforme à nos attentes par rapport à l'annonce. Le personnel de l'accueil était très gentil et très dévoué

La première nuit a été très compliqué car les voisins de chambre sont rentrés à 23H30 et pendant plus d'une heure n'ont pas cessé de faire du bruit en parlant à haute voix sur le palier et faisant claquer les portes de leur chambre et de l'hotel ! Malgré notre intervention faute de présence de personnel la nuit, rien n'a changé. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude la deuxième nuit et avons du attendre le lendemain matin alors que nous devions partir. Il est à signaler que le parking est très petit et les manoeuvres sont difficiles. L'hotel est loin du centre ville et implanté dans l'angle d'un carrefour (nuisance)

Great Hotel close to City

Fantastic restoration of an old building. The rooms were large and warm. The shower in the bathroom was great. Very close walking distance to the city and botanic gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was available but small parks and difficult to get in and out with our large rental vehicle.

Could have stayed for ever. It was Perfect.

It felt like home. Cosy , comfortable & inviting. The office manager/ owner and everything in between was incredibly helpful and obliging.

A comfortable and pleasant stay in a convenient location

Room was spotless, beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for dining and kitchenette, nice and quiet with a cozy, heritage atmosphere. Staff very helpful - came out to carry our bags upstairs on arrival and would have taken them out on departure if we hadn't already done so - ran up to collect a few things for us out of the fridge

Location was great, size of room was great.

Parking was limited and hard to get in & out off if full. Shower head wasn't great, good pressure but very fine spray that went in all directions. Bed was not that comfortable.

Nice Heritage Style Stay

Convenient for us relative to location of our student kidd flat. The room was large and comfortable with a nice heritage feel.

Parking access is very tight with a high chance for vehicle damage as others try to get in and our. The exit from the parking straight out into a busy intersection is also challenging.

Great location, lovely room.

Parking spots were available on the premises which was really handy. The location was within a few minutes drive of the Central city and was very handy to the stadium that we were going to for FIFA

Comfort place for stay in Duneden

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stay in 2nd floor, the staff helped us to take the 2 large luggage to the room. The room is clean and tidy.

The parking space is not enough, I back to the motel at around 6:30pm, the parking is full and I need to park behind another car. Then I wake up very early to move the car to avoid blocking others.

Consistently good. Clean, tastefully decorated, good quality and lovely staff.

I have stayed before and I love the classic style of the rooms. They are clean, tasteful and have everything you need.

The wall heaters are noisy. Be good to modernise those! And a bit more coffee or even a pod machine would be great!

Easy check in, and parking on site. Shower good, bed comfortable.

Dark decor and interior, bathroom pretty cold, has heater but takes a while to heat room up, the heater in the bedroom room quite loud.

The big bed was uncomfortable and the electric blanket was quite noticeable while you were lying on it.

Um, no bath towels - had to go get one. Walk in shower so was really required Found SOMEONE ELSES undies under the bed. Bleugh.
