Exceptional holiday cottage in centre of Buxton
Right from the start, the owners were helpful and prompt to reply with initial enquiries and have been throughout; always willing to please. The cottage itself is perfectly placed for strolling around Buxton and all that it has to offer - and there is plenty. Also being where Buxton is located in the Peak District, there are so many places to visit within an hour's drive. Everything is in your favour for a very successful holiday, booking this cottage. My husband and I, along with our 12 year old granddaughter, had a brilliant weeks stay. In our 60s and 70s, we even managed to keep up with her when we hiked up Kinder Scout, the highest peak in the Peak District. A must if you can do it - the views are amazing. The cottage is very modern and clean. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the family bathroom has both a bath and a powerful shower. Lounge/Diner and Kitchen are open plan, with everything you need for your convenience. Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large dining room table, large TV, Bluetooth speaker for your music, comfy sofas, and several throws. It is a beautiful cottage, with the added bonus of guaranteed parking in a secure compound.

Very good
Lovely location, everything we needed, nice and quiet. The house is spotless, lovely decor. Pubs and shops close by also the train station isn't far, especially when we don't drive. Lovely welcome with the milk and biscuits on our arrival. It was much appreciated has it was a long journey. Also, the lovely card welcoming us to their property. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The weather, it wasn't a nice week with the rain, unfortunately.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in a stylish comfortable cottage.
A lovely stylish and comfortable cottage. Well equipped with considerate extras. Very convenient for access to town - no need to drive. Secure parking.
I would have preferred a patio in a back garden but that isn’t possible at this cottage.

Great accommodation within a very short walking distance to the centre of Buxton yet very quiet because it is tucked away on a cul de sac
