The staff here are exactly how customer service should be done
The food was amazing as well
Tents were really cute and comfortable
We have no real complaints, but we did unfortunately have 2 nights of quite loud music as there was a festival going on nearby but thats not the resort's fault

The property was super clean and the staff and Sir Raffy were super kind and helpful.

This place is totally lovely. Very quiet and peaceful. If you're searching for a stay out of all the tourist area of El Nido, but at the same time be close to the beach, this is the perfect place. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I couldn't drive motorbike myself so they took me to the beach when I needed. Beautiful Nacpan beach is approximately 2km away but there is kind of muddy road so it's not easy to walk. There is no signal or wifi, so that makes this place very special if you want to disconnect.

Friendly staff, beautiful location. I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights when visiting El Nido. Very peaceful and relaxing. Loved exploring the beaches and surrounding areas on the scooter provided.

quite place, enjoying breakfast on the meadow and close to Nacpan Beach. we even walked to the beach. there were scooters available. transportation costs asking tricycles or any pickup was surprisingly high. better to use scooters :)
water in the shower had little bit small pressure

great stay if you’re looking for a secluded place near nacpan beach. cozy tent, clean facilities and the bed was SO comfy. kind & helpful staff, making you feel very welcome. nice add on that you can use their scooters for free.
keep in mind that there is no wifi or signal at all, so to look up anything I would need to drive 30 mins back to el nido.

A place in the Jungle, at night a star show - a planetarium and the sounds of nature: crickets. Great huts, you can relax and get away from the crowds. Possibility to rent a scooter and 10 minutes to the insane, prettiest beach in the world, Nacpan Beach. We also used a car rental and the driver took us to the center of El Nido. Staff and manager very nice and helpful. Food very good. We definitely recommend.
Everything at the highest level

nice and peaceful location in the middle of the nature, where you can relax and chill
carpets in the room is not a smart solution in a eco resort where there is no daily cleaning

great place in the middle of beautiful rice fields, close to Nacpan Beach.
It´s great to have a scooter included with your booking.
The tents are very clean, and so is the communal bathroom and showers, comfortable beds!
Owner and staff is super friendly and the restaurant is in beautiful location overlooking the rice fields.

Really loved the tents and the staff were so helpful and kind. Perfect place to go away from the tourist places! the free motorbikes we got we also great!
There wasn’t any signal. Normally no problem but in case you need to arrange things you have to travel first a bit.

Very comfortable tents with incredibly friendly staff and on top of that free scooter to use while you stay!

If you are a nature lover and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy places, this is the place for you. All the staff is Filipino which adds to the authentic experience. it’s quiet and you can have good Filipino food. Just make sure that you can ride a motorcycle to be able to move around. The staff is extremely nice :)
It’s a bit difficult to access since the road is a bit muddy.

We loved our stay here. A bit different to your normal el nido accom but I think that’s why this place is so special. The tent sits over looking a rice field and you fall asleep listening to nature. The tent was very clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. A scooter is included in the room price and the ride is 30 mins away from El Nido town and 10 mins away from Nacpan beach. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Great location for access to Nacpan beach, very comfortable beds, use of scooters, local knowledge of El Nido, extremely friendly staff
Not much to not like, you are staying at a camping resort which is isolated from the main parts of town. all quirks that come with that: power outages (although they had a back up generator so never without power), no Wi-Fi

If you come to El Nido you need to stay here! We absolutely loved our time at Cabanas de Nacpan, we stayed for over a week and it was perfect. The staff were amazing, just so friendly and accomodating to any request and also always up for a good chat. The location is great, even though it’s not in El Nido it’s really close to Nacpan beach which is the best beach in El Nido. if you do want to explore, the resort has a free scooter per booking which is so handy and amazing value for money. We looked forward to breakfast every morning and also had an evening meal there which was 10/10 - definitely get the garlic prawns

The tent was very comfortable and interior was amazing! The shower/bathroom was amazing as well and the view from the tent was wauw! Free scooter is included in the price which is a great plus. Staff/owner was very friendly, they had a nice bonfire going one evening and they tried to get everyone to connect, which was great! Bit further away from the city center but very close the Nacpan Beach which is the most beatiful beach in El Nido :) We really had a wonderful stay here!
Nothing we didn’t like, it was great!

We had the tent with private bathroom which was incredibly nice, with the tent on the upper level, really well set up and with a very comfortable bed, fan and the bathroom was super well done and clean, in open air and with warm water. there was also a hammock and little table/chill area downstairs. Raffy and the staff were super nice and welcoming, always ready to help and serve us what we needed, they cooked to us on request for a dinner and were there to support with any issues.
the location, if it wasn’t for the motorbike would be quite difficult to go in and out of the beach so that’s something to consider (30min walking on a very bad road, even for motorbikes) ;
roads in the area are particularly not that good, we had a small accident on the way to Duli beach so I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re very confident riding motorbikes in any condition;
there’s not really a lobby/common area to chill apart from the restaurant so you’re either in the tent or in the restaurant area, which is nice but sometimes you wouldn’t have the privacy to do whatever you want there as there would always be someone ready to serve or talk to you, which is a good thing but also doesn’t give you so much space to be in silence.

I am a little bit mitigated about the cabanas de Nacpan. First of all I want to say that the pictures do not look the same as in reality, I do believe the place once looked the same but with wear and tear it does not look the same anymore. It still looks good but not as on the pictures. The staff on the other hand was very kind and would do everything in their power to help you, there is also a free scooter with the room which is very helpful since the location is very far from El Nido. The breakfast was good, the banana pancakes were very good!
So, we stayed a total of 4 nights, this is too much. The tents are nice, and are the same as the picture however the tents are durty on the outside and the inside on the « ceiling » of the tent there are stains, but since you can barely stand in the tent you always touch the ceiling, this thus needs to be cleaned and it was not like that for our tent. Since you live in a tent all our stuff were humid all the time, even days after moving our bags still smelled humid.
I do believe that staying there one or two night(s) is perfect and you will have a very good experience, especially since the staff is so kind and tries to help as much as they can.

The staff, when around, were very kind and hospitable. The food was cooked at the location and was excellent! There were also some friendly animals there, which created a warm environment. The views from the property were lovely, and the addition to be able to use a motorcycle was great.
To begin with, the whole place was unhabited for two years during pandemic, and it shows. The tents, mattresses and pillows were moldy and caused the air inside the tent to be thick and smelly. There was no internet connection and no Wi-Fi available, which seems like a necessity at a rural place like this. Connecting to this, the staff wasn't available during the day, so the guests were left to look after themselves. The location is rural and roads to both of the closest towns are difficult to navigate via a motorcycle, and although this isn't on Cabanas, it is worth mentioning that a novice motorist can have a hard time. It should also be mentioned that activities offered on Cabanas's Booking page aren't offered by the property but arranged with someone local.

The location is great for those who want to enjoy the nature and relax outside the city, plus it very close to Nacpan Beach, that is really astonishing. The staff was awesome and helped us with everything we needed! We also appreciated the motorbike that was included!
The tents would deserve to be changed for new ones since there was mould because of the wet clima.

What a great stay! Raffie and his staff are so wonderful and welcoming, we kind of felt home here during our stay. The place is pure magic, it feels like in the middle of the jungle - while enjoying good comfort in the well-equipped, cosy and very comfortable tents. Raffie and his staff are always there to help you, give you tips on things to do, tours etc. or even just to have a nice chat around a beer. The scooters are a real plus and food is great. Could not praise this place enough. If you are travelling to El Nido, make sure to stay here!!
There couldn't be anything not to like here!

was a bit concerned about the location before booking, but that turned out to be the best part. The scooter rides into town and to the beach were such a nice experience that we even enjoyed getting lost on the scenic roads, when we weren't checking the map.

Raffy the host (owner) could not accommodate any more than he did. Fantastic place, beautiful views, lovely breakfast. In my opinion I have been to a far number of so called great beaches, this is one of the best if not the best (better than Borocay.... why ? Not over populated and not polluted. Borocay is still polluted). If you request early enough you will be provided a moped free of charge. He is a link of the 7 minutes moped journey to Nacpan Beach https://youtu.be/q2nqH1JyB2o

Raffy, the owner, is a really good host who takes care about anything you may need. The emplacement is really good if you want to spend the night in the nature and its close to really good beaches. Motorbikes included in the price is a plus. You can also ask for any special dinner and they will cook it for you.

The overall experience is really nice, we felt like we were really camping. The staff is really kind and helpful. We were picked up in El Nido town for free( it is included in the room price). They have a restaurant on the camping so we could have dinner over there. My advice is to rent a motorbike and go around, there are some really nice beaches nearby.
It is a little bit far from the town, like 30 minutes away, but I am glad we were allowed to use the motorbike for free while we were staying there. It is important to know that there is no wifi in the resort, not even phone signal. It is a very remote area, super quiet. We used the shared bathroom, which was ok for us, but for some people, it might be uncomfortable, but they have rooms with private bathrooms as well.

The owner, Raffy, was extremely nice and gave us lots of tips of things to do around town, the place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good! Free use of the motorbike during your stay was awesome. Amazing value, cute place, would recommend!
Nothing - everything was great!

The place is incredible. Even though you are sleeping in a Cabana, the comfort is excellent, and the bed and mattress are very nice. Furthermore, you have a motorcycle included when you book there, so it is very convenient to discover, go to town or the beach.
Finally, the most important: THE STAFF IS SO NICE. They are accommodating, reliable and accessible for any of your requests. The best service I have had during my trip to the Philippines. They come and pick you up when you arrive and drop you off when you go. For example, we had to leave very early so we couldn't have breakfast as the kitchen is closed before 7 AM. They made us a breakfast to take away for our journey! So lovely.
Thank you very much for anything, and special thanks for the jam sandwich :). I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting El Nido.

The owner, Raffy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a very relaxed and chilled out place. Free mopeds and transport from El Nido was also a lovely addition. would definitely recommend this place to friends!
