Amazing location with a beautiful backdrop. Very clean and relaxing. Would love to come back!

This property is secluded and quiet surrounded by the forest. While we didn’t see any significant wildlife, that was fine as we had our dogs with us. The beds were very comfortable and it was the ideal stay for our first trip to Sedona. It’s worth mentioning that while there is technically a fireplace (wood burning stove), it is not operational as it’s wood burning. We certainly didn’t need that during our stay but those visiting in colder months might want to do so. Thank you for welcoming us to your home, Jerry. We would definitely stay in one of your properties again in the future.

We enjoyed staying in this property. It was so close to the center of Sedona, and yet very private and quiet. We utilized the park across the street for early morning dog walks and hiked the trails just about a mile from the house. The property was clean and very comfortable and in a very serene setting. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly on the edge of uptown! Serene, yet walk to everything! Clean! Perfect! Five plus one extra star. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay, the property was centrally located - walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house has amazing views and was very comfortable, nicely maintained and equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for several days while visiting Sedona for the first time. Unfamiliar with the area I would say this spot offered a lot of opportunities to maximize our experience. It is close to several different trails. Very near to downtown and yet felt very much away from it all.
The home is located at the end of Jordan road down off the street in a very secluded feeling spot. The house itself is very comfortable and has a lot of art and personal touches that make it feel very nice. We stayed with our 9 year old, but could see this as a great retreat for a romantic weekend. The living room and view was quite nice and we spent a lot of time out on the deck soaking in the relative quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent; everything was set up clearly and personalized for our visit.
At dusk every night we saw quite the parade of wildlife moving through the wash into the back yard. Deer, javelinas, quail, bats. It was something new every night. I think we saw more wildlife in the back yard than on any of the trails we hiked.
This spot has fantastic access to the Brin's Mesa network of trails as well as the set of MTB trails accessed via the Jordan trail. We hit all of them during our stay, even heading out to Wilson Canyon, all without a drive or parking headache. We also checked out the restaurants in the main area. Highly recommend Sedona Beer Company for an extremely close happy hour spot. Would definitely stay here again if we come back through the area.

We loved staying at this house and if we come back to Sedona, this will be our first choice. The house was roomy and a great space for our family of 4. Location was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown, a brewery with great food less than 5 minute walk and the trailhead to one of our favorite hikes was less than a mile up the road.

The Sedona Forest Villa is a great place to rest after an active day in the surrounding area. It is close to restaurants and shopping, either by vehicle or walking, and is a great launching place for traveling to hiking and sites to visit. It is quiet, peaceful and a very comfortable place to wind down and rest.

I always try to stay in older historic districts and this was a real joy to stay in. Much more spacious than we’d expected. Hiked on trails just north of the property which allowed us to stay out of traffic. No groceries in this part of town though. Lovely artwork and we enjoyed the piano a great deal. Wish the kitchen was better equipped. No baking sheet, very limited pans and just ceramic bowls for storing food. Super quiet neighborhood in spite of being IN Sedona. Thanks so much for sharing your space!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was well outfitted with everything we needed including nice plush bathrobes. The hot tub was perfect on the cooler nights after a great hike, and the dog loved the outside space. Probably the best thing is the location- walking distance to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to some great trails.

We came to Sedona primarily to hike and relax. The property is close to some nice trailheads that you can walk to and is close also walking distance to restaurants.
We enjoyed a cold beer post hike at a local brewery only a 5 minute walk from the property.
The hot tub was clean and appreciated after a full day of hiking.

It was the first time I have taken my two daughters on a trip. We all love hiking and Sedona was on our bucket lists . We had a very sad year the girls dad suddenly passed away April 3, 2023 of a heart attack. We were all shocked and heartbroken. We needed to heal and comfort each other. We did just that and this property was the perfect place to find some peace and serenity🙏♥️
Thank you so much for offering your place to is,
Best regards

I reserved this vacation rental for dear friends who were coming to visit me. I have lived in Sedona for 20 years and I can say this place is magnificent.
The location is perfect. The energy of the property is what Sedona has to offer - magical and sacred. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming.
I travel quite a bit and must say this home checks all the boxes.
Jerry is a fantastic host, stayed in touch, and went out of his way to make my guests feel at home and taken care of.
Thank you, Jerry - they will be back. Infact, they said they will stay no where else in Sedona but your place.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Quiet. Saw deer outside. Nice fenced in area for our dogs. Well furnished. Extremely clean. Everything we needed!
Thank you😊

This was a very clean and well maintained property. We loved the location. We could walk to some restaurants and yet it was very quiet. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck and saw the moon rise over the mountains.
We did not use the hot tub. We might have if it had been easier to access. Perhaps stairs could be added to the deck at some point making it easier to get to.
Over all it was a wonderful rental!

The property was within walking distance to downtown Sedona but still seemed secluded. Jerry was very helpful with questions we had even before we booked the property and both he and his assistant Angie were great with communication. We highly recommend staying at Forest Villa.

My family had a great stay at this property. We were big fans of the outdoor spaces and the proximity to town. I would recommend it to others and stay again when we visit Sedona!

The place was perfect. A great location. An easy walk to Uptown yet very private. We saw deer and coyote in the yard as well numerous species of birds.

House is very spacious and comfortable. The balcony space was quite nice as well. We had bad weather so didn't get to use it very much but can see it being very lovely in warmer months. Living room furniture looked brand new and was a great space for relaxing and gazing out the big windows. We very much appreciated the fenced in dog yard, the provided dog bed and the overall dog friendliness of this booking. While the house itself is great, it should be known that not depicted in any of the photos or listing description is a 2nd rental house right next door that shares the property. We felt a bit mislead by this. Unfortunately for us, our neighbors were a loud and inconsiderate bunch on our 1st night.

We came to Sedona for our Honeymoon and we loved staying here. The views were gorgeous, the house it beautiful and very comfortable. The house feels secluded but it’s also close enough to walk to town. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, everything we needed, perfect walking distance from shops with a feel of living in the country (Every morning we had the coyote visit the yard ).
Loved the big deck with table and chairs looking out into the forest.

This property has it all! Elegant, yet cozy interior and well stocked kitchen with views all around. It is close to Sedona uptown and is tucked away enough to feel you are secluded. The furkids loved it as well with trails across the street and we will be back soon!

The property is nicely renovated and in a great spot to be able to walk into town but also to feel nestled in nature. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend it to all our friends. Hope to come back again.

The location really is perfect. Close to uptown yet totally private and quiet. Besides being nice, comfortable & full of light w a great view it had everything including things we didn’t know we needed.. toaster, tea kettle, make up mirror, tv’s in bedroom. Great stay!! Thanks

This is our 2nd time staying at this property & once again; it definitely didn’t disappoint!! Super clean and well stocked, perfect location with spectacular views & personal wildlife encounters, and pet friendly with a fenced yard. Easy walking distance to shopping and hiking. Beautiful house, location, abundant trails with wildlife . Abundant Mexican restaurants to choose from .

Great location and peaceful surroundings as well. Highly recommended.
10.0
We experienced the best of both worlds. From our rental there are beautiful views, trees, chirping birds, with coyotes and havelinas wandering around the backyard. Only a 10 minute walk away are restaurants and shops. How convenient to go out to eat without having to worry about finding a parking spot! They were plenty of pots and pans to cook a decent meal as well.

We had a good stay at this house in Uptown Sedona. The place was clean and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome and knew that we could ask for any help we needed during our stay. The directions were clear. Perhaps the best thing about our stay was our proximity to some of the best hiking trails in Sedona.
10.0
We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean (rare with a pet friendly property). This rental had everything we needed for a wonderful Sedona get-away. Very close to town and hiking. Ideal set up with nice fenced yard and patios to enjoy nature.

Super clean, wonderful beds and close to everything. Check in was a breeze loved the personalized check in print out with everything you could need explained. Will definitely stay here again
10.0
Location convenient to hiking trails and away from the hustle and bustle of highway 89A. Can still walk to the busy part of town in a few minutes.
Quite at night. Peaceful in the mornings on the balcony.
Will likely return for another visit.
10.0
Excellent relaxing venue close to sites to see.
Very comfortable. We virtually didn't use the living room or spare bedroom. We only used the master bedroom, kitchen, and dining (and the bathroom of course). One suggestion: you need more trash cans, e.g., master bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, and dining room.
