La habitación es como en la foto, muy limpio y grande, tiene cafetera y te ofrece té y café

Cada vez que alguien tiraba de la cadena o se duchaba, las tuberías hacían muchísimo ruido (me refiero como al ruido de un motor) y hasta las 12 de la noche de escuchaba casi seguido

Чудесные апартаменты, свежий ремонт, очень удобная кровать и подушки, постельное бельё и полотенца супер, несколько вариантов освещения в комнате, кондиционер, уборка ежедневная. Есть чайник и кофе-машина. Чашки разных размеров. В номере небольшой холодильник. Отличный WiFi. Парковка у дома. До вокзала можно пешком дойти. До центра тоже недалеко. Хозяева всегда на связи. Kata, sei una bravissima padrona di casa!

Ну только если сильно придираться, то к маленькому окну и шуму бойлера.

Très propre, propriétaire très sympathique, à l'écoute donnant des conseils pour le futur séjour. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

La route est (légèrement) en pente de la gare de La Spezia jusqu'au logement, la descente est toujours plus agréable.

clean, good location, nice stuff

it is so clean even in every small details and nice furnitired.

as everybody says checkin was hard. but if you are with your car, you can leave your stuff in front of the hotel and start travelling. they come to the hotel with appointment which is written on the wall a phone number

Good room with difficult check-in

Nice room with good coffee for breakfast. Also close to good restaurant and not too far from train station.

Check-in was not good. We tried to make arrangements ahead of time but nobody was there when we showed up. We waited more than 2 hours and we still didn't get access to the room until 5pm

The description and the photos were misleading - this is a room within an apartment that has two more rooms. Check-out at 09:30 was most unwelcome

No WIFI and air conditioning leaked water everywhere, including our luggage. No extra bedding for 2 separate travellers.

Superb

We booked this room an hour before arriving as we were on a road trip. Instructions to get it were very clear and made for an easy and self sufficient stay. The room was clean and neat but nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable for an easy night's sleep before continuing our travels. I accidentally left a favourite top there though, and the owner/manager was really helpful in retrieving it and putting it in a place for me to collect a few days later when we could pass by again. Much appreciated, grazie mille!

Litte too expensive for what you’ll get

Nice room, comfortable bed.

Not worth the money because of the location and room size and very early check out without breakfast, but seems that this is what you get from 150€ in La Spezia.

The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, the pillows could be better. Good aircondition. Sockets near the bed

It was near the train station but an uphill walk so difficult with luggage. If you have luggage you need a taxi from the train station which costs €15 minimum for a 5 minute drive. We wanted to leave our luggage in the room before our check in time. We texted with the owner and she agreed that we can do that. However when we arrived at the property, there was no one there to let us in and then a cleaner came who did not speak english so we could not communicate. No lift in the property so have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs.

Clean tidy room with all necessary equipment and toiletries. The coffee machine in the hallway is a great addition.

Central & good value but Car damaged on the public parking

Actually neighbours complainee while arriving that we should not park on the street even its public and free. When we left our car was damaged and I think this was on purpose

The room was very nice and the location was good.

Some of the staff only spoke italian which made the communication a bit tricky.

If you are lucky, you can find a parking place outside the apartment for free. In 10 minutes walking you reach the train station and in 20 minutes the center of the town. The owner is very kind.

Unfortunately some towels and the pillows were not very clean.
