Nice hotel with spacious rooms!

Our room was very spacious and clean. We took one night diner in the hotel room service that was very nice and tasty food. However, they charge around 12-13 euro for room service which was little uncommon for me as internation traveler. This was the first hotel where room service just to deliver the food to room I paid however, the way he bring in the table was indeed NICE! Hotel room is just behind the beautiful Antwerp train central station highly recommend for people coming for tomorrowland or travel. Reception staff was friendly. Breakfast is ok.

well, what i did not like was to save water n energy we decided to not get our room cleaned by the staff for 2 days..however, when i asked for refilling the earl grey tea bag in the evening they mentioned to me it will be charged seperately. However, generally in hotels refilling stuff can be asked anytime of the day this was unusal for me.

The rooms, hotel restaurant, location were amazing. it was a good experience.

I loved the rooms spacious. I got one with a view but it was really comfy. I loved the fact that we had water, tea coffee refilled every day. The location is perfect technically in the train station, so it was very easy to go anywhere within and outside Antwerpen.

the fact that the towels were not changed everyday. I guess it is part of the sustainability initiative but better to change them every day especially if they were not were they should be.

Modernes Hotel mit toller Bar, gutem Frühstück und sehr gutem Personal in guter Lage zur Innenstadt.

Das Hotel ist modern und dennoch gemütlich gestylt. Die Bar bietet gut gemixte Cocktails und kleinere Häppchen, die schmackhaft sind sowie preislich angemessen. Zudem gibt es Fitness und Sauna. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig für verschiedene Geschmäcker. Insgesamt ist die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des Personals hervorzuheben.

Die Sauna lässt sich nur mit der Zimmerkarte anstellen, so dass man recht lange auf eine höhere Temperatur warten musste. Die nähere Umgebung entwickelt sich derzeit in Richtung von modernen Bürogebäuden. Dennoch findet man in der Nähe keine gemütlichen oder schicken Restaurants.

Een aangenaam verblijf voor een weekend Antwerpen.

De locatie was erg goed. De tramhalte was vlakbij. Het ontbijt was heel lekker maar ook druk, het personeel deed hun best, uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het onthaal was heel goed.

Het flesje Body Wash was gewoon leeg! Dus niet eens nagekeken om eventueel bij te vullen. De autoparking was onderaan het hotel, heel gemakkelijk maar ook prijzig.

Heerlijk verblijf

Vriendelijk personeel, zeker bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en werd snel weer aangevuld. Mooie kamer op de 11 verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht. Fijn dat je beneden bij de bar gratis gekoeld drinken/ fruit en snoepjes kan halen. Een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Gutes Hotel, mit Management-Schwächen.

Sehr gute Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Gute Ausstattung.

Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war defekt. Kleinigkeiten, die nicht wirklich stören, jedoch auffällig sind: Silikonfugen an der Badewanne leicht abstehend, die unteren Enden der Badetürrahmen abgeschliffen, der Deckel einer der Steckdosen auf dem Tisch war gebrochen. Allgemein: in der Damentoilette in der Lobby keine Möglichkeit, die Handtasche aufzustellen bzw aufzuhängen, die muß man auf den Boden stellen. Frühstück jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Kaffee sehr gut, sehr frische und leckere Erdbeeren, frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Aber: Brötchen eher trocken, Tomaten unreif und wie die Gurken auch nicht frisch. Um 9:30 Uhr keine Spiegeleier mehr. Gebäck ausgetrocknet.

Perfekt um Antwerpen zu erkunden!

Das Personal ist super nett, die Lage ist perfekt, direkt hinter dem Cental Bahnhof im Diamantenviertel, mit einem schönen Spaziergang kommt man direkt in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, total ruhig und geräumig. Uns hat alles gefallen!

Bonito, buena ubicación cerca de la estación central de tren y del metro. Zonas comunes muy bonitas, bien decoradas, en la recepción había agua, chuches y fruta disponible para todos. Habitación muy amplia, limpia, con bañera y la cama comodísima. Desayuno excepcional con un horario muy amplio (de 6:30 a 12hs), fuimos a las 11 y seguía quedando de todo y lo mantenían limpio y ordenado. Además había mucha variedad, muy completo y con alimentos de calidad. El personal fue muy atento, amable y simpático en todo momento

Super ontbijt, zeer veel keuze. Fijn dat dit in de prijs inbegrepen was. Goed discreet personeel aan het ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel aan het onthaal. Moderne gezellige bar. Heel dicht bij het station.

Geweldig. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wij kennen het hotel al van eerder, meerdere keren, verblijf daar. De locatie is TOP!! Nabij het centrum, met zijn vele gezellige winkels, restaurants en cafés. Het Hotel: Vriendelijk personeel, die je echt in de watten leggen. Mooie, ruime, schone kamers: er zijn kluisjes wat wij zeer waarderen. De koffie/thee faciliteiten en koelkastje zijn echt pluspunten, net zoals de fles water!! Uitgebreid, heerlijk ontbijt. De gezellige bar en vele, "warme" gecreërde zithoekjes zijn aantrekkelijk om 'n drankje te doen. Én, de parkeergarage onder het hotel: Top!!

Zeer tevreden over het verblijf bij Lindner Antwerpen.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel is iets wat ons zeer goed beviel. Bij binnenkomst en bij het verlaten van het hotel wordt je iedere keer begroet en er werd gevraagd of alles naar wens is. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en in grote getale aanwezig, zelfs verse jus d orange, wat zeker niet altijd vanzelfsprekend is. De kamer was op één klein puntje na netjes schoon en het probleem met het slot is zeer snel verholpen. Onder het hotel bevindt zich een zeer goed begaanbare en betaalbare parkeergarage. Ook is het erg prettig dat huisdieren welkom zijn in het hotel, bij aankomst kreeg ons hondje ook een leuk presentje en een zakje met snoepjes mee!!

Het hotel staat lekker dichtbij het centrum, het enige nadeel is dat de route naar het centrum bij schemering vol ligt met zwervers en de daarbij vaak voorkomende urine plassen in bijna iedere hoek die je maar kan bedenken.

Redelijk ver van het centrum maar wel dichtbij centraal station. Helaas hadden we ‘s avonds t/m ochtend geen warm water dus douchen/in bad kon niet. Dat was heel jammer.

Fine hotel, but I was expecting more from a 4 star

Very clean rooms and pet friendly

We booked room with balcony and view over the city, but actually the view was over the station rails - not very inspiring. Also we booked the hotel because SPA was mentioned: the sauna and relax space was very small, no water available. The reception has no desk, I felt like no privacy when I was given information on my booking
