We had a great stay, great location!

Good hotel, prime location

Small room. Prime location. Good A/C. Good breakfast Free bottled water

I hate it when there isn't separate duvets, you have to share one big, warm and heavy monster of a duvet. The tv was hanging on a rack on the wall, you had to draw it out to get the right angel, it almost fell down! Elavator was a disaster! Very slow, very small. When everyone is cheking out at the same time.....with two heavy suitcases, it tok me 30 mins to get down!

Équipements vétustes cour de l’hôtel très sale personnel d’entretien utilisant l’unique ascenseur très lent Il faut privilégier les escaliers Attention au parking si vous avez le télé péage vous risquez de payer trois fois Parking extrêmement étroit avec accès très abrupte

Amazing and fun relaxing stay in the heart of the city!

Excellent hotel--Camille and all the people at the reception are fantastic and went very far to make sure my stay was terrific! The breakfast can't be beat, so please be sure to include it in your booking if you are thinking about whether or not to--everything imaginable is there, and it's so delicious. The location is AMAZING!! You can reach lots in Bordeaux center fast with terrific access, stores, restaurants, museums all in walking distance.

Great location to explore Bordeaux!

Excellent location, very clean, air conditioner was great. Was a quiet room, with nice thick blockout curtains to make it comfortable to sleep or nap anytime of day. Eco conscious and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast too!

The dinner recommendation to go to Brutus was terrible - don’t bother going, wasted 200€ here!

We couldn’t believe how beautiful the area was, loads of amenities and super close to all the best bits of the city. The building is gorgeous and our room was lovely, really comfortable with everything you need, including surprise biscuits! Breakfast was incredible, so much provided and the best quality too. The staff are all really friendly and helpful too so we felt well taken care of

Lovely hotel in a cool place

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the city center so there are a lot of sights nearby. The room is nice and quiet.

Heating in the bathroom was awful. It was very cold there so taking a shower became something very uncomfortable.

Beautiful Bordeaux and happy helpful staff!

The staff were fabulous! They even called into the restaurant to borrow a corkscrew for me!

great location. the 18€ breakfast is a joke- they market it as local and organic, the only thing organic i found was a bio fromage blanc in a plastic container, the rest was regular supermarket food. no fresh fruit or vegetables served, the “hot buffet” is bacon and omelette.

the room was tiny, i could barely open my bathroom + extremely dark. there was no drinking water, refrigerator or mini bar in the room. my AC was not working and it wouldnt be fixed until i asked for the second time. i got served a regular coffee instead of decaffeinated one, despite asking twice and making sure it was available. i asked one day in advance for a late check out (and got charged for it 10€/h), due to lack of communication between the staff members, still got called and asked to check out, then two staff members would just walk in my room in several minutes intervals one after another, despite the “do not disturb” sign being on.

Excellent front desk service and good breakfast. Parking is not at the hotel but you get for half rate at public parking near by.

Great location, so I would stay there again.

The location was fantastic as it's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff friendly, and the hotel and room very clean.

The room was a bit tight. Making it difficult to get around one corner of the bed.

ILocation was good. Staff was nice. Room was very clean and new, good fashion. Very good with pets.

Reception needed more staff. The staff was not there when I arrived and I had to call. The receptionist left a message in this respect however he came quickly when I call.
