Convenient, value for money

The location was good but the signage to the property was hard to find had to do a lap. Room size was good

A bit dated. More milk would have been nice.

What you pay for but the Thai food downstairs so good!

The thai food so good downstairs.

The view was meant to be a city view all we had a view of was the brick wall of another building next door. Look closely at the images they are photo shopped for the foreground. The lady when we arrived was a bit rude we had to contact after hours cause we never recieved a code for after hours key box. Despite being told i did. Lady in morning at reception was nice hire her fulltime after hours lady just nah crappy attitude. Room was not what was avertised.

Good value and well located clean hotel

Was well located to the Gabba where I was attending event. Easy and safe walk back after event. Room was clean and tidy. Excellent off street secure car parking.

Everything was ok for 3 star hotel, not 4. It was clean, staf was good only hotel is not 4 star hotel. If it was advertised as a 3 star hotel they will get 5 for our review

I booked going by reviews but was disappointed, maybe we just hot a bad room

Room was spacious with good kitchen area and nice city view Staff were very helpful with our after hours enquiries

There was a used left over towel from previous occupant hanging on shower rail The bathroom is very small and difficult for larger people The shower is just a fast stream like a tap on full, no spray, which was uncomfortable and not adequate for a good shower The heater function in the air conditioner was very noisy once the heat started to come through Needs maintenance

Comfortable for a short day

Location was great, close to everything, room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was well priced for what we got.

Interior and furniture is a little dated. Wouldn't be comfortable for a long term stay.

Very disappointing for the amount paid was def not worth it

It was so old needs updating def not like the pictures no privacy in the pool everyone can see you the pool is small no restaurant and could hear the people convo in reception from our room on the 1st floor from our bed. Bed was small & aircon is on the other side of the room - no view just looking at next door property

Excellent service

I would highly recommend this to my friends and relatives. Most places are accessible. Its clean, helpful room attendants, comfortable bed and there are cutleries you can use for cooking.

Probably won’t rush back to the Smellington.

Location is great. A lovely view over brisbane from the room balcony.

Bad smell in room. Staff were hard to find. Bed was soft and not comfortable. Charged us a $70 fee for fresh bed linen.
