Nice hotel with lovely staff, well located to visit the southwest side of Jeju Island. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. 7/11 and Starbucks were within walking distance. About 45 drive from the airport (approx 45,000w).
No dry cleaning, steaming services or iron but not a deal breaker. Also, we couldn't use the AC (in May) despite the room being too hot for our taste, but the window had a mosquito net so we opened it.

Were not looking for resort- so made a mistake in booking here. Very limited restaurants nearby. Far from everything.
Korean breakfast - I.e no vegetables

Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice.
No laundry service or washing machine in the compound. U have to take it to downtown to wash.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It’s relatively close to Seogwipo beach and there are a few cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.
- You will be served a super simple Korean breakfast during your stay. They say it in the information about the hotel but they do not say it will be SAME during your stay. Please check the photos of the breakfast. Choosing between two soups will be your only choice. Not sure if it was filling or good in Korean norms but you might struggle as a foreigner who is not used to having Korean soup and dishes for breakfast. You can go to the cafe nearby where you will pay at least 15K for a coffee and bagel.
- There is just one tiny pool which is used by two hotels. Thus it is super busy especially when families with kids come to the pool deck.
- There is no restaurant in the hotel. In my first night, I was told to go to the other hotel for dinner but they had no idea that guests from Bloom Hotel could eat there. They said they could serve me but it would take at least an hour and it was already 8 pm. Thus, I had bananas for dinner for the first night.
- Hotel was clean in general but I can not say the same for the fridge in the room.

The bed is comfy.
The pool is good to relax and to have fun to family with children.
Everything is good except that the faucet and the shower tap need to be changed.

Re breakfast: I wouldn't recommend it. I prefer a continental style breakfast with choices available.
The lack of information available was frustrating. It would have been better if there was some/any information available on local tourist attractions, areas of interest (where to go or how to get there), restaurants or even what was available at the hotel, i.e. information at the front desk or informed employees who know something about the area at reception. When I first arrived in late afternoon and asked if there was somewhere nearby that I could eat as I hadn't eaten all day, no one could give me any information on where any restaurants were nearby or recommend anywhere I could eat at all. One of the workers at the front desk drew a line on a map telling me that was the way to get to downtown. That was it. I also asked how to get to the beach. No information was available.
I didn't even know where the pool was until the last day I was at the hotel. There were no signs that I could see related to the pool in the hotel.

We loved the cost of the hotel and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone was always so polite and had plenty of recommendations. The property was close to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants near by. The facility was very clean and comfortable to stay at.
It is a little far from the airport and most of the bath rooms are older and a little out dated.

Superb location, very friendly and accomodating staff.
The pool only opens in after May.

I liked the location a lot. The airport bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was really helpful. I also loved that there was a gs25, cafe and a massage center on site ~
I didn’t like that the pool was shared with the hotel next door or that it wasn’t clearly stated in the hotel post. It wasn’t the worst, but I wish I would’ve known before.

the family room we booked is spacious and 2 ful function bathrooms. hotel staff are kind. the pool is great for kids. the location is good, next to many major expensive resort hotel, close to jungmum beach, and teady bear museum is a must visit. and i really appreciate the way they provide a very simple complementary breakfast, though probably the room fare probably wouldn't allow them to. it is really convenient for the morning. so no complaints.
lack of a chair in the room, where i need to sit and work on computer sometimes.

I loved how nice the staff was
I didn’t like that if we wanted to go to the pool we had to get out in front of the hotel and circle it, to find a pool that was 1m20 deep, it looked like a pool children would go in. We couldn’t even swim in it. The restaurant only had 2 adult dishes which were Korean, and the breakfast was a Korean breakfast. Needless to say that as a foreigner, kimchi and see weed soup in the morning drove me straight back to bed. More European food would be nice.
