A minuit alors que nous dormions des personne sont rentrés dans la chambre avec une autre carte .

Charmant hôtel

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Nîmes et ses alentours. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Bonne literie et isolation. Petit-déjeuner varié et bon. Je recommande à 100%

Petit point négatif pour les serviettes. Un petit changement s'impose!

Nous avons bien aimé et apprécié le personnel qui est très charmant

L’accueil est jovial. Nous avons été bien accueilli. L’emplacement est idéal, pas loin de la gare et du centre ville et des monuments. Petit de petit déjeuner est très bon !

We landed here due to a flight cancellation but liked it so much we would definitely recommend

We did not eat at the hotel but our room was right at the front with 2 balconies. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Friendly in-town hotel with spacious room for 3.

Nice big room with refrigerator. Comfortable form beds. Friendly staff. Great location on edge of Nîmes Roman town center. Decent breakfast buffet. Good sound insulation. Effective air-conditioning.

Offsite parking is a little inconvenient, but really not far.

Ok hotel, nice staff, did not like area too much

central location, nice and helpful staff. The city was beautiful, but we did not feel safe in all streets

The area felt a bit shady outside the main central part of the city. The area did not seem safe and we did not want to stay outside after dark

A warm welcome, and help with luggage and my bicycle, breakfast was also nice and fat enough, everything was perfect and i haf a pleasant stay, for sure i would come again :)

The place is very good, the room was huge and comfortable

The breakfast was super small, not costing 8 euros at all. The room was super noisy - on the big central street, they clean the street in the middle of the night, many people crossing... it is super nosy

Nice rooms, fair value, incompetent front desk, always dark inside as the lights are tuned off in the lobby and hallways

Nice rooms with operable windows. Truly bizarre front desk experiences, incompetence on a new level. Strangely weird lobby with all the lights off and all hall lights off too. Dark inside. Good value. Neighborhood fine, hotel is on borderline street between the city center and North African area. It looks more foreboding than it really is.

Front desk staff bizarrely incompetent. Did not know where the post office was even though it turned out to be one block away on the same side of the street. Could hardly figure out how to call a cab, but some how were able to do it. They keep lights off in the lobby and hallways so it is strangely dark inside all the time.

Exceptional

Rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Even for a big group of students and professors, we had everything we needed. The staff was really nice and helpful. Location couldn't be better.

room and breakfast are were not clean, in fact the floor in the room was so sticky that we had to leave shoes on ..,

Location was good and central!! Price/value very good and the place was nice!!!

Air-conditioning didn't work! I Had to pay extra for my dog without any charges or fees online showing on their add nor website! The phone didn't connect with reception by pressing "9" as labeled on the phone in the room!
