Definitely value for money compared to Australian resorts, buffets for breakfast & dinner were good for non-allergy people, views lovely, Luisa in the restaurant was wonderful in hosting our large group, plenty of activities, central spot on the island for external activities (like the river tubing - high recommended), all cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Pool was out of action four of six days (it went green from overuse!!), staff did not accommodate any of our room requests made three weeks prior, WIFI is only available to 3 devices per room and rarely worked during the week, gluten free food options on breakfast buffet were limited and poor quality, dinner buffet was not labelled gluten free and the staff could not advise what was suitable for my wife and our friends with allergies. The lunch menu was also incorrectly labelled for allergens, mould on the ceiling of our bathroom, some restaurant and reception staff had very poor attitudes to our requests

It’s a very nice resort, but remote and your limited to there restaurants. The wicked walu is a very good seafood restaurant and steak house was good as well
They only have limited seating at specialty restaurants so they push buffets at you which are quite pricey and average at best. The Italian restaurant has limited choices and worst I have ever eaten at.

The location was beautiful the kid activities where good..
That the main pool was closed, so the kids had to use the adult pool.

The resort was located beautifully on the coral coast, had access to a gorgeous beach with snorkelling, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding available. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with the cleaning staff taking extra care and attention to clean and reset the rooms each day.
The food on some nights was quite literally inedible. After making friends with people, we found this was a common feeling and many stated how they had gotten food poisoning from the food at some point during their trip. My sister and I actually had to leave the resort to find some food as we couldn't stomach it anymore. I believe once they sort out the issue in their restaurants/buffets this will be a lovely resort.

Great for kids
Overpriced sunscreen

Staff very friendly. Comfy beds and great room. Views amazing
Not much food option. Struggled a bit with my fussy eater child who doesn't like chicken nuggets and fish fingers. Maybe they should change the menus on a daily basis(ie Mon pasta, Tue pizza, wedn nuggets, thu fish etc) so everyone gets something they like.. We had chicken nuggets option 3 nights in a row. Booked full board but a lot of items on the menu were charged separately.

We loved the location of our room and the restaurants available. It would have been good to have more transport options in general for Fiji that aren’t so expensive. The hotel was amazing though.

The location was good.
The property was very full and not coping well with the numbers. Our stay was not very pleasant at all we will not be returning

Loved the pool area, Italian restaurant and Japanese restaurant were amazing!
Kids loved the Buffett dinner and the movie playing was a huge hit.
Kids club was amazing and our kids made some really good friends.
Also loved the gym facilities.
We had a ground floor pool view room (even though we booked an ocean view room) it worked out perfectly, our youngest had her day nap while we could watch our other two swim.
The rooms smell very damp and nowhere to hang wet swimmers.
The kids club age limit I get there has to be an age but my toilet trained independent girl who was 18 days of turning 3 could only go to kids club with a nanny for $45 an hour.
Buffett for dinner is overpriced and not nice food.

Most staff friendly. Check out staff were liars. Tried to charge us an extra $1000 at checkout- even when they told us before arrival AND at check in we were paid in full. We had receipts from them to prove it. Then told us they had made a mistake. Manager apologised and said (after 45 minutes delay) that there was nothing to pay, apologised for their error and we could leave. Later that day when we were on way to airport they debited the $1000 from my credit card!!! Contact with the Warwick results in them refusing to engage and won’t let us speak to anyone.
No towels available for pool for hours each day. Room towels not replaced for three days. Told on arrival there were no restaurant bookings available for all nights of our stay other then final night and only option was room service.

Very very nice food and good service
No proper bin for rubbish in front eg. empty water bottle and paper

Breakfast was good, except the omlette lady was extremely busy. All meals were of a high quality. The original room had something wrong with the toilet which kept me awake all night. The second room was in a newer part of the building and very modern except whoever put the door on the shower made it so the water runs under the door and soaks the whole floor.
The fact that you encourage us to bill the room and pay by C/Cad then charge a C/Card fee when we pay. The beach at the back of the resort is extremely hard to walk into the water and dangerous with the rocks and coral so close to the shoreline

We loved the staff, they were so friendly. The snorkeling was amazing and straight off the resort!
The renovations happening in the room right above ours was quite disruptive and meant we couldn’t really use our room for at least 8 hours each day despite still paying full price on the room. We also didn’t know it would be happening until we were woken up by it.

The staff were very helpful and provided entertainment
Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms a bit shabby. TV on a loop Nothing to watch. All sport The bathroom towels never were left had to keep asking. Was promised oat milk never got. Had to buy then was Soy milk
Tap in bathroom dodgy couldn’t use properly. Air con very very very noisy couldn’t sleep with it on.
Restaurants could be cheaper with more seafood options. Breakfast could be more varied.

Buffet was outstanding. Staff exceptional. Kids club and their activities - best we've ever had in Fiji and we've been coming and going for 10 years.
Bigger rooms :)

The selection of restaurants was amazing. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and were very suprised at the quality of the food. Fantastic food. The Italian restaurant was amazing too. We couldnt believe local chefs were producing such amazing meals.
Pools were a bit disappointing.

The beautiful staff really made this an amazing experience thankyou to them all I will be back just because of them
The only thing that wasn't the best is some of the equipment could do with a revamp but I can not really fault this

Generally friendly staff.
Wicked walu was a great place to have dinner. Great staff.
The staff at the egg station on the 1st Feb was a very unfriendly lady unlike other staff.
Also the staff at the ice cream place near reception - outside on the decking told us that Ice cream was $10 - a little unclear and could say misleading as there are differ prices for cups and cones - could have stated clearly.

friendly staff, excellent food
no laundry facilities available, no microwave, no iron available in the room
