Value for money but not suitable for people with food allergies
Definitely value for money compared to Australian resorts, buffets for breakfast & dinner were good for non-allergy people, views lovely, Luisa in the restaurant was wonderful in hosting our large group, plenty of activities, central spot on the island for external activities (like the river tubing - high recommended), all cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Pool was out of action four of six days (it went green from overuse!!), staff did not accommodate any of our room requests made three weeks prior, WIFI is only available to 3 devices per room and rarely worked during the week, gluten free food options on breakfast buffet were limited and poor quality, dinner buffet was not labelled gluten free and the staff could not advise what was suitable for my wife and our friends with allergies. The lunch menu was also incorrectly labelled for allergens, mould on the ceiling of our bathroom, some restaurant and reception staff had very poor attitudes to our requests

It’s a good resort but expensive, best to try and get an all in board package
It’s a very nice resort, but remote and your limited to there restaurants. The wicked walu is a very good seafood restaurant and steak house was good as well
They only have limited seating at specialty restaurants so they push buffets at you which are quite pricey and average at best. The Italian restaurant has limited choices and worst I have ever eaten at.

A beautiful resort aimed at accomodating families with young children, great ammenities and location. However food is la
The resort was located beautifully on the coral coast, had access to a gorgeous beach with snorkelling, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding available. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed with the cleaning staff taking extra care and attention to clean and reset the rooms each day.
The food on some nights was quite literally inedible. After making friends with people, we found this was a common feeling and many stated how they had gotten food poisoning from the food at some point during their trip. My sister and I actually had to leave the resort to find some food as we couldn't stomach it anymore. I believe once they sort out the issue in their restaurants/buffets this will be a lovely resort.
