Facility is in a nice an safe place

When I got there, the lady who welcomed us wasn't hospitable enough, let alone that we had to wait a while before we were let in from the gates. Reception was locked with two numbers on display to call if we don't get response and to my surprise that one of the numbers belong to some gentleman who doesn't even know the facility. Old tools were kept in a room exposed to the public They need attend to their shower rooms,in actual fact they should enclose it since it' becomes wet after shower due to water spillage and it becomes so wet and untidy.

Bad experience on a cold night in Joburg

The bed was very uncomfortable The bedding quality was poor No proper heater The TV channels were bad Bathroom facilities were poor The room i was in had open windows that could not close completely, and air was seeping in The toilet seat cover was broken.

Parking in top (at entrance) not demarcated - so 3 cars parked in area of 6 cars and we had to park at other end of complex and walk in rain to get to the room - fan only one speed and sounds like a chopper rather than a fan - only heater in room and due to fan not able to be used - other than a prop in horror movie - can't cool down!!

Everything It was terrible, when we arrived for check in, the rooms were not ready, we left and later came back to the similar situation, when we finally got the chance to sleep there was a radio and people making noise outside.

The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful

The Deluxe room mentioned it had an aircon, this did not exist. The sofas were torn, pool was dirty, the hotel didn't have water for some time during the 3 days I was there. The toilet door doesn't close, the shower head was poor quality. Just all round poor maintenance. The best part was that when we arrived we informed the owner about our concerns and that we booked a room with an aircon. His response was "I couldn't care less, if you want I'll give you a refund, you can go stay somewhere else."

Satisfactory I wish we stayed much longer.

I did not take breakfast. Location is super and the ambiance good.

Noise was a bit of a let off. On both nights I had to go out to check and request peace of mind.

It was better than I had expected but there’s room for improvement

The location is very safe , the room was actually nicer than what was shown on the site (please post better pictures), it was spacious, neatish, we were able to move in and out the place conveniently, the bed was very warm, the staff was very hands on and helpful, the transparent shower right by the door was weirdly placed but surprisingly nice if you’re with your partner (wink wink, haha)

The tv channels were limited, the basin and showers taps ran irregularly, white sheets could have really added to the beauty and neatness of the place
