it was good

Wi-Fi availability, staff attitudes towards us.

the rooms were different from what I saw in your website. e.g on the website it looked like the room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds whereas it was only 1 double bed 1 single bed.

There was a problem with the A/C and even going to 2 other rooms, it still did not work.

We needed a place to sleep and be warm..

I wasn't the the best, we went and had ours across the srreet

Couldn't find warm edible coffe at night and it was freezing, all thar came out was black water with what seemed like cuddled milk. Plain black coffee not an option either, the sugar basket full of used sachets meaning housekeeping does not check when shift starts

Very friendly stuff 👌

Unfortunately, your beds are extremely uncomfortable. The blankets are worn out, and the pillows are old and no longer provide adequate support, resulting in discomfort for anyone using the bed. Given the importance of restful sleep for leisure or work purposes or productivity and well-being, I believe it would really be important that you address this issue ASAP. Upgrading the bed with new, comfortable bedding and pillows will greatly improve the overall experience for anyone looking to spend time here.

no efforts were made when a friend came to see me , they couldnt let him in even though i sent location , The security refused to phone reception as there was no network around the time he came

the staff member were all welcoming and very friendly.

when it was loadsheding there was no back up eg.generator.so we had to wait 2hours of no electricity

Disappointing

The location was near a shopping mall and transportation easily available.

The plugs in my room kept switching of when ever I connected two items to charge and I ended up leaving with uncharged phone and laptop.
