Guesthouse from Hell

Parking was good

Room not properly clean, blood spots on curtains, breakfast not great at all. Hostess not friendly. Won't stay there anymore

Not the best experience at all

Breakfast was ok.location could do with better signage,it was very hard to find the place as the road marking in the area is terrible

Cold water,host not very accommodating.Pillows are the pits,terrible and worn out.When we pointed out to the host that we could not bath in the morning because water was cold she didn’t even apologize for it,only said she checked the geyser the night before and all was ok.And when we called to say we not sure what time we will get there due to traffic,she wasn’t at all helpful except to tell us that check in ends at 9pm.

Your B&B is number, I enjoyed my stay there, your price was the cheapest.

Too many rules, False advertising, they said they have a pool and they don't Waited outside the gate for a while calling to open the gate, plus the area is not what I had expected it to be. But over all the place is clean.

Disappointing

Breakfast seemed to be the only thing to look forward to.

Manageress was not welcoming upon arrival, Aircon in our unit not working, no hot water facility. Definitely budget accommodation but friendly greeting and settling in could go a long way, Let guests know head there is a no eating policy in their rooms. Extremely dissapointed in no hot water and aircon not working, manageress tried to salvage the relationship the next day but dissapointed upon check in, good secure location and decent area.

If the kitchen area outside tables could be cleaned cause they are a bit sticky and you don't really enjoy sitting there

Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. There was no toilet roll. The service received from the owner was very bad. She was arrogant. Water is also a problem in the area. .
