Modern and comfortable accom. perfect to explore Cinque Terre!

Room is modern, super clean, very comfortable. fridge, kettle, water and juice and some tea and coffee provided. Daily room cleans. great location to explore La Spezia and Cinque Terre (10 mins walk to ferry and bus stop right outside). also very close to a free parking lot. very friendly staff with good recommendations.

nice place, close to the city center

The room was very spacious and clean. We also received 2 small juices, water and 1 sparkling wine on the house - we did pay a lot (prices were super high this year), so this might not have been a big expense for the accommodation, but the gesture was much appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we communicated on WhatsApp as well, every time we needed something There was coffee available in the room all the time and they would refill it all the time, this was a big plus for us coffee lovers The location is super close to the city center, few minutes walk, however if you go to the other direction you will also find some great places to eat at half the price you would be charged in the city center ;)

We did not disliked anything in particular. We are not fans of the Italian breakfast , which usually consists in a pastry, coffee and a juice. we prefer the normal breakfast - cereals, omelet, you know, standard ones :) After few days in Italy, you will feel the need of having a different meal, no matter how delicious their pastries can be and when you choose the "breakfast included" option, you expect to have a meal already paid for that day (like I said, the prices are not cheap at all)

Good stay in La Spezia

The place is well located close to the train station. Easily accessible by bus, train or car. Parking can be tricky as there is no parking available on premise. Rooms are clean and have what you need for a short stay.

The shower is really small. Breakfast is not in the building itself (1 minutes walk) and a bit light. Two drinks + one pastry.

Great stay, would definitely recommend.

Sara, the hostess is gentle and incredibly helpful. the rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious. very well located. Easy access to train, boat, bus stops, restaurants.

The breakfast is not the strongest point.

I liked the hotel very much and it was a very pleasant stay

This was definitely a very pleasant stay. The location is very convenient - within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station(from the train station you can go to each village of the Cinque Terre), and also not far from the harbor. The room is very cozy and modern, great taste of renovation and furniture. Excellent services, I arrived very late on the check-in day, I received very detailed explanations about the self check-in process and breakfast information beforehand via whatsapp. Also got a lot of information regarding the sightseeing the next morning from the staff. Breakfast was also very nice, you have a lot of choices at the bakery with coffee and juice at your choice.

Best place in La Spezia!

The room was very beautiful with a little sparkling wine for the welcome. It was also really clean ! Sara, who welcomed us was really adorable!! She gave us nice advices to visit la Spezia and was always reachable by phone! Highly recommended :)

Superb

As stated in the other guests comments, the host is awesome. She is always reachable on whatsapp, ready to give you nice advices on the city, good restaurants, etc. The design of the room is modern. Right in the city center of La Spezia and very close to the railway station to visit the 5 terre. You can also take the public bus to visit the other cities (Portovenere, etc.)

Superb

The staff was very helpful and responsive, the room is clean and well suited, the ground floor offers high ceilings and all the amenities you might need. The bedding is great at 2 meters wide, a perfect stay in an interesting city characteristic of the region, mostly undisturbed by the tourists.
