The premises are wonderful and extremely quiet
A piece of heaven in the middle of a very noisy hectic beach
Rooms are quite basic but the rest is very nice and well curated
Staff is extremely nice and friendly
It’s a pity that the beach is overall not so nice in this part of the country but this has nothing to do with the hotel
The only downside is that it takes veeeery long to get food from the restaurant… it’s between 45 and 90 minutes, so go place the order before being very hungry :)

the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the yoga and fire ceremonies were special and a highlight.
very comfortable beds and well Organized transport to and from the island.
the sun beds were great, you can spend all day there. air con in the room. super cute cats all over the place. the beach was clean and beautiful view on the city. whenever we had a wish everyone was super helpful.
the yoga mats are quite old and only get cleaned once a week :(
we eat vegan and had zero breakfast options / very little options for dinner / the staff didn’t understand what vegan was, so often the food came with non vegan ingredients anyway. for that, the price of the food was overpriced.it’s called namaste so we don’t understand why vegan food is so complicated to add to the menu. for example small portion of French fries is 4$. an avocado waffle is 7$
there isn’t a lot to do outside of the resort because everything around seems sketchy and unsafe.
the area around is extremely polluted with trash and plastic dumped everywhere.
also the staff asked us for money in private when the rest of the staff wasn’t watching
the hotel encourages you to buy bottled water which doesn’t fit their sustainable approach. the filtered water we got smelled really bad after an hour.

The nature setting, food and staff.

Helpful staff, nice facilities (including indigenous structure for daily yoga, meditation), and good food and drinks. Easily accessible from the city, and great to have such an eco-focus
Bring bug/mosquito spray!

Convenient location but the beach is dirty. The hotel was very disorganized and we wasted a lot of time trying to fix problems with the booking. good takes very long from when you order to when they bring the food so you need to be patient! what we really liked and enjoyed was the activities and experience available to guests. that was excellent and great!! Yoga, fire ceremony very special!

Beautiful location just 15 min from Cartagena city. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful, and we had everything we needed to spend a few days relaxing & working. The internet is good enough for calls and the property is right at the beach, with great food and its own pool. The water was nice and warm
There aren't a ton of mosquitoes, but we did get bitten in the island, so bring mosquito repellent!

relaxing
too many people around, not a private beach like in Fenix. the food is too expensive for the quality, not good at all!

it’s rare to find a property that matches the description and photos.. Namaste exceeded my expectations. Beautiful energy and the location is breathtaking.

the location and design
the staff constantly wanted a tip for everything. the service was slow. there is no reception, no one is responsible for anything The bills for drinks and dinner were incorrect every time. check your bill VERY CAREFULLY. it felt like the management, the servers as well as the boat drivers were all in a scam to get as much money out of you as possible. a total SCAM

All hotel staff were very friendly
Loved the wildlife sounds - all the birds, roosters, cats and dogs
Relaxing atmosphere
Food
No vegan options
The food over the weekend was limited
But the Cheff saved the day with some beautiful meals when she came in

We went there with a baby, they were absolutely acomodating. We felt spoiled. They kind of made up new options for food outside the menu for our 1 year old.
Great place to stay

Three different styled beaches, tree turned to temple, thoughtful styling, free boat ride from Cartagena and back everyday. Staff is trying to be helpful
For the price, the rooms do not meet the standard. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable, bathroom does not have warm water, breakfast is one of the worst we had in all Colombia, both beach and pool space is rented out to visitors from Cartagena, food is highly overpriced and below average...
Would be a really nice place for $50 (about the price of comparable hotel in Cartagena) however the rooms are ~20% more expensive than Fenix hotel (same island) where the quality of everything is 2x higher and actually feels like a luxury hotel.
Also bungalows are almost 2x more expensive than much nicer and luxurious bungalows in Fenix.
