Pet friendly. AAA location. This very sunny, clean and modern 2 bedroom condo offers you a prime location in P-town. Three doors away from the Brass Key Guest House. Two minute walk to Commercial Street shopping, restaurants and clubs and town beach. Short walk or bike to P-town Inn pool and Herring Cove beach, bike trails, tennis, pickle ball and kayaking. Parking for two cars. 20x21 private use fenced in stone patio with table and chairs, sofa, fire-pit and gas grill. The interior has beautiful finished pine wood floors throughout, New kitchen and appliances, new A/C. Washer and dryer. Sunny living room with cable TV and Roku. Full bath with shower. Just painted in and out. Very Quiet side street. Enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. Save yourself hours in the car and arrive on Friday. NO ADDITIONAL pet fees. One animal only. If you have cat allergies please be aware that on rare occasion tenants do bring a cat. Please ask owner. This property is best for 2 to 3 people.

This rental had everything we were looking for. Layout inside was cozy yet very welcoming & open. Split a/c units came in handy. Loved the front patio. Couldn’t be a better location! Paul was quick to respond to any question we had during our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Paul’s cottage was a true gem. The cottage was situated beautifully one block from Commercial Street - convenient to everything and spotlessly clean. The cottage had a gorgeous front deck area, offering anything you could imagine to enjoy your time outside. The cottage was well appointed. It offered everything needed for a relaxing stay. Well-written instructions made enjoying the cottage easy. Cable television was provided with premium channels. Well-appointed beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Parking was on premise, making access to your car to run an errand convenient. Paul was an incredibly gracious host. The communication with Paul from booking until check-out, was outstanding. Paul make sure to be available if you needed him - exceptionally responsive on every level. I am so looking forward to staying at Paul’s cottage again.

Loved our stay on Carver Street. Paul (owner) was super responsive and lovely to deal with. The cottage was clean, super sweet, and the perfect size for two people and two French bulldogs (the dogs loved the fenced patio). The location was truly perfect. Highly recommended!!

Very nice accommodations! Perfect location, you can walk to everything but your away enough from the noise and traffic from busy commercial st. Everything you would need was available. Pet friendly! Great place, I would love to come back!

We loved the apartment. It was well-equipped and charming. From the description/photos, we didn't realize that there was an upstairs apartment. That was a little inconvenient at times, when folks had a small dog running back and forth to fetch a ball for a half hour at a time. Most of the time they were very quiet. The location was fabulous. A very short walk to so many amenities in town. Temperature's got down to around freezing but the apartment stayed very cozy. Paul was very responsive and helpful in all our communications. A winter stay at this location for Christmas and New Year's was near-perfect! We found many hiking trails out to many beaches in the area. The crowds were light until New Year's Eve, which was very festive. We could walk down to see the fireworks over the harbor, too. While much of the Cape may be shut down during the winter, it seemed like three out of every four store-fronts were open for the holiday week.

This proved to be a great choice. The front patio was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the sun and BBQ - spacious and comfortable with a nice array of plants and flowers. Everything was as depicted in the listing - nice kitchen, all of the utensils and devices needed along with a comfortable living room and bed. Location is great Paul was a pleasure to deal with and I'd stay here again without a doubt!

The perfect amount of space for my partner and me… and our college age son. Inside is tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The outside patio with beautiful flowers and a fireplace surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture was my favorite place. The location couldn’t have been better… close enough to walk to everything, yet just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings on the patio. Thank you Paul… we’ll be back!

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it. The patio was so enjoyable with everything you could need, beautiful flowers, umbrella, lots of seating, chairs to take to the beach, grill for cooking and a gas firepit. Inside also had every thing you could need. All you need to bring is food and clothing. We ate out every day, so all we brought was coffee and beverages. Great location to all restaurants and shops. We only needed our vehicle when we went to the beaches. We highly recommend visiting!

Absolutely wonderful property and stay. Location is fantastic - one block walk to all Commercial Street has to offer. Short walk to the grocery and liquor store. House was spotless, and well equipped. Paul, the Host, was exceptionally easy to work with and communicative. My family of 3 and our small dog had a great stay. Thank you Paul!

We went to Provincetown for Christmas looking for quiet beauty. And we found it. Paul’s place has peace & quiet, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful morning light. Quick walk to the beach with our dog. Relaxing, easy vacation.

There were lots of little touches that made this property enjoyable, including a well-appointed kitchen with spices and a dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils. The location is perfect--easy walking distance to Commercial Street and the center of town, yet quiet and private. Our only quibble was mentioned before--the corners of the bed are tough, given the small size of the room. We both have bruises from bumping against those sharp edges. I'd also recommend newer pillows. Everything else was just perfect.

I loved the house, floorplan, front terrace and the location! I would definitely stay there again….the only thing that bothered me was the the floorboard of the bed stuck out on the sides and I kept running into it because the bedroom is small Overall it was great!
