Hilary & Patrick are very warm and welcoming, their B&B is on point, very clean bedroom, breakfast is exceptional. Close to Salisbury town centre. I would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Beautiful house and really welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
There was nothing to not like. Everything was very good. 😊

Breakfast was delicious in a characterful room with soft music playing and our twin room was comfortable and spacious. I had a trip to A&E whilst stopping and our hosts could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The cosy and comfortable guest lounge was most welcome.

Mark was a responsive and friendly host. He had useful information and helpful advice. His mother was a delight, especially as a server at breakfast. The full English breakfast was excellent. Their house had an Impressive garden. Very convenient location within walking distance of the Cathedral. Spacious living areas downstairs.
Tricky to get out of the parking area onto the main road, especially if you are from the USA and driving on the "wrong" side of the road! It was very hot in the room, even with the windows open.

The double bed would be nicer if it was wider :)

I love the quaint olde worlde feel of the place and how quiet it was. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the whole house had a very cosy, pleasant atmosphere. The family who run this are lovely and the gardens are beautiful. Hilary gave lots of good information on where to go in Salisbury and surrounding area. Definitely want to go back again.

Beautiful garden, lovely family owned B&B
Quirky house
Very clean room and bathroom
The English breakfast could have been a little better. Great options offered.
It could have been more flavoursome, baked beans needed to be cooked fully.

Well it was actually the first time we felt right at home in a B&B. It was like a visit to grandma's house, the hostess is a very sweet lady who is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, also there was a big garden for kids to play. Room was big enough for us and we had a water cooker, biscuits etc and a little kitchen, microwave to make some food if needed.
Nothing. The house is a bit on the outskirts of the city so you have to walk a bit (2km) tops, but it is next to the water meadows and old mill which is a really nice walk into town.

Excellent welcoming with Mrs Anne
Member of hotel chatted with us after making the booking to make sure that our room was done at our expectations
Room was cleaned!!! It was the best cleaning room never ever seen throughout my holidays
Location was excellent, easy walk to Salisbury centre and shops at the doorstep
Available free parking at the property
Quiet area to sleep
Perhaps just my personal taste, I am into a sweet breakfast such as croissants, cakes pancakes and a good latte. On a breakfast paper there was no alternative option but there was a box for extra requirements (just I didn't feel to bother but I am sure this could have been arranged with them) :)

Comfortable and good facilities, a good breakfast included in the price; very personable and friendly host. We enjoyed chatting at breakfast and the local knowledge was most useful.

Had a homey stay in the old house. Mrs and her son Mark are very warm and hospitable. Marvellous breakfast that filled us up for our road trip.
That we only stayed for two nights!
