Perfekt :)

Die Lage war wirklich super! Direkter Strand nebenan und ein toller Blick auf Berge, die Bucht und den Hafen! Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Das Essen war auch toll. Es war jeden Tag für jeden etwas dabei. Es gab eine reichliche Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren schön aber nicht sehr modern. Dennoch vollkommen in Ordnung, da man die meiste Zeit ja sowieso draußen verbringt und die tolle Insel erkundet. Am Pool war es auch immer sehr entspannt. Es gab eine Poolbar und super leckeres Essen zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Die Animation hat sich sehr bemüht uns zu unterhalten mit Karaoke oder auch Spielen. Alle waren sehr sehr nett. Insbesondere Francesco. Den muss man einfach mögen! Auch gibt es im Hotel selber das Angebot zu tauchen und surfen zu lernen. Auch werden von dort aus Touren wie Walbeobachtungen organisiert oder man kann geführte Wanderungen zu nahegelegenen Aussichtspunkten vornehmen. Wir möchten Madeira definitiv noch einmal besuchen und würden uns auch wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

In den Zimmern gibt es kaum Steckdosen. Dafür das wahrscheinlich viele Urlauber Handy, Kamera, Powerbank und Co dabei haben und nicht alleine reisen, sind diese wirklich nicht ausreichend. Da könnten evtl. Mehrfachsteckdosen helfen. Vielleicht auch ein Tipp für Urlauber - einfach eine einpacken :)

Kann man buchen...

Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer werden sehr gut geputzt, es ist sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Hotel entspricht zwar Formal den Kriterien eines 4* Hotels, allerdings fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Alles im Zimmer ist alt, es gibt weder Minibar noch Wasserkocher, keine Wasserflaschen oder Kaffee im Zimmer. Es gibt außerdem kein Konzept für Nachhaltigkeit. Es wurde jeden Tag due Handseife verworfen und neue gebracht etc.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très copieux, l’emplacement dans Machico parfait, la vue depuis la chambre incroyable.

Bon petit déjeuner.

Chambre toute en longueur. Contrairement au descriptif, il n'y avait pas de séche cheveux, pas de bureau, pas de bidet. Le coin salon est ridiculement petit.

Localização junto à praia. Decoração gira, embora desatualizada.

Não tem lugares de estacionamento. Como se encontra numa rua apertada é muito difícil encontrar lugar para estacionar. Existe um pequeno parque de estacionamento no topo da rua mas mesmo aí tivemos de esperar que alguém saísse. A zona de pequeno-almoço enche muito rapidamente, criando esperas. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado, sendo que estavam 30ºC. O elevador estava avariado.

Gostei de tudo um hotel muito completo super limpo o staff do melhor sempre prontos ajudar fomos muito bem recebidos e durante a estadia também sempre com um sorriso gratuito as instalações são ótimas não se ouve nada dos outros quartos o nosso quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa para o mar o pequeno almoço maravilhoso tudo fresquinho muita variedade de paes bolos fruta sumos iogurte cereais os quentes e os frios tudo muito bom e sempre a repor amei

Wonderful staff and good attention to details, feels like a home away from home. Beautiful location and one of our favorite towns in whole Madeira with a beautiful beach and local shops with fresh fruit and hiking opportunities.

I thought the buffet dinner was overpriced and not the best quality. I wasn't on an all inclusive deal. I did go in towards the end of service though. Breakfast was good.

Not what we expected

Pros Location was good as a base for seeing the island. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. View was spectacular! Entertainment was fun especially watching seniors who had taken dance lessons trying to remember their steps.

Cons Bathroom smelled like sewer gas - sprayed cologne and kept the door shut. Only 5 parking spots for the entire hotel. TV didn't work - not that we wanted to spend time watching TV. Beds were incredibly hard. Robes were for tiny people - average size 12 woman leaving this review - robe too small. No coffee pot in room.

Location of machico is lovely

Hotel DO NOT GO ALL INCLUSIVE rip off...no food drinks are the worse no choices...even can not have a €3 ice cream not part of all inclusive...nor a 4€ cocktail not part of all inclusive..what you can have is the cheapest horrible white wine....food has no flavours...we had a challenge in night to guess the flavour of the soup.....we all decided dish water......it was very bad
