Camas duras, almohada casi inexistente.
No volveremos nunca.

Close to Airport. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming.
No air conditioning. Food was inedible. Food hall was too hot and the smell was horrendous in there. Shower facilities were broken. Water leaking under shower hose. Shower curtain rail hanging off. Plug clogged and couldn't drain.

The front office people (god bless them), who, along with the 2 four-person lifts, get hammered from time to time with guests' needs. They were very easy-going, courteous and efficient. They solved some issues quickly and with a smile.
Food wise, there is plenty of it. I was a half-boarder and found dinner better than b'fast. It's certainly not gourmet, but the guests chowed down gleefully from plates overflowing with carbs and kept turning up ( full board just seemed too much for me! You actually are NOT on a cruise ship- get out and explore!). The seafood paella appeared every night and appeared lacking in seafood. The coffee is quite bad. Just when I got addicted to their chips, they changed to mashed potatoes. What the?!
The A2 bus comes straight from the airport ( avoiding Palma), stops close to Tal and costs 5 Euro, have cash handy. Regional buses accept credit cards and one has to explore the island. Plan ahead. I made the mistake of going to Cala Llombards on a Saturday in high summer. Must have been 10000 people there!
Well it's not exactly my cup of tea but it was packed to the rafters with happy holiday-makers, which coincidentally is one of the reasons it is not my cup of tea, the packed bit, not the happy angle. Lots of Portuguese families, extending over 3 generations it seemed, a few couples and lots of kids enjoying the pool etc. But mostly families, a few young travelers.
The bus to and from Palma (23 or 25 for 2 Euro cash) can take up to 50 mins depending on time of day as it services an extensive holiday strip, which feels like a Berlin or Munich entertainment district crossed with the seedier sections of Vegas ( but with no gambling as far as I could tell) with a preponderance of businesses with signs in Deutsch. There are few real commuters.
The free, unlimited snacks, esp the "sandwiches" were ghastly but there were plenty of them.
It had too much of a "cruise ship" feel for me but, as suggested, folk seemed to like it.
Spanish pillows, like many of their cultural mores, are an intriguing riddle to me. Are these supposed to be comfortable? They are like a hair-shirt to me.

Was only allowed 3 drinks at lunch and evening that’s no all inclusive should sated on advertisement . Also no ideal for kids under 5 as shoes kid be all adults hotel. Staff where unpleasant anything asked seem a bother

Few rly nice employee., On our room, we had a view of sunset, located few minutes from beach.
Few noisy employees, that while cleaning dishes while food was served, were throwing forks and knives to dirty bucket so hard, that it was unpleasant. Noisy german visitors, ruining oir lunch and dinner all the time.

There was no hot water to Bath and shower in and the sink was blocked up.

The facility was clean and beautiful:
The breakfast began too late and dinner ended too early. It was advertised as All-Inclusive but the alchohol was not included.

Good value for money, but nothing special. The rooms were nice and clean though but beds weren’t the most comfortable. It’s ok for a short stay but wouldn’t stay longer than one or two nights.
The air con didn’t work in our room. The selection for breakfast and dinner was okay but not great, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan there were no options except salads. The staff were not welcoming at all and at times were just rude! Would not stay again.

It is very well equipped, there are many opportunities for relaxation. Not far from the coast. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazingly delicious and the selection was huge. I can only recommend this place!
Nothing.

we’re comfortable , cozy and clean. the water pool was just amazing
everything was fine

I have to mention something positive so the food in the restaurant was reasonable. The entrance looked nice.
The 'all inclusive' snack was a dry sandwich with cheap cheese and terrible quality ham (alcoholic drinks are not included, you have to pay extra for those due to government legislation) so the all inclusive package is a waste if money. The pool drains made the hotel constantly smell like sewage. Bedrooms uncomfortable, dated with a view of a dark, dusty street and traffic. If I hadn't booked through booking.com, who emailed the hotel on my behalf, I don't think the hotel would have agreed to refund me and let me leave after 1 night.
2.5
Hotel is dated but clean .the sun nevershines on swimming pool so most guests don’t stay on complex ,they should at least try and heat pool it’s freezing cold the all inclusive package is a insult only few drinks per person per day it’s not all inclusive so they should just scrap it
Too many things to mention
4.5
