Bueno y amigable

Me gustó mucho el la ubicación ya que estaba cerca de la playa y era muy fácil llegar y caminar a los alrededores.

A pesar de saber que pagas un buen dinero por la estadía, no me gustó el hecho de que había que pagar por hasta ver la tele, el internet, etc.

For a very low budget trip for 1 or 2 days it is good but not recommended for long trips at all.

Staff were very friendly all day and they also provided us dinner box because we were unable to reach the dinner.

Both breakfast and dinner were poor quality, rooms including batchroom and beds were notr comfortable at all. Only 1 elevator with only 3 person load capacity is ridiculously low.

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qu’on avait réservé… 3 petits lits alors qu’on a réservé une chambre avec 1 lit double.. pas assez de lumière dans les couloirs et surtout des cafards dans la chambre !!!

I don't understand the negative reviews... Great facilities for the price...lovely staff and fantastic location : Bus for palma and airport in front of the hotel 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Disappointing

The location is great. Not far from the beach, bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The food was tasteless, I do not recommend. There is no soundproofing, so we heard the elevator coming and all the people around. Room was not clean.

Only because it is in Mallorca✨

I just do not know what I paid.. Wi-fi is not free, air condition is not free, did not have a parking. So, you pay only bed in hell😅

Our experience was as a stopover on the way to Porto Puerto and was perfect in all ways.

Breakfast was a good selection and very tasty. Nice staff looking after us.

Breakfast was good...rooms were cleaned daily....hotel area..bus stop directly across the road..thought the beds were comfortable

It's a bit of an echo chamber from the corridor's when your in the room...also can hear everything in the next room ..but it's cheap and cheerful so it's worth it..

The price you get what you pay for and we didn't pay alot so can't be disappointed

Cold cooked breakfast and the bedroom wasn't cleaned properly same sheets for 4nites but the rest of the hotel was clean

Ups and downs of hotel Cassandra

The breakfast was fantastic the evening meal was different every day . A few problems with the breakfast staff getting their breakfast first then keep going in the kitchen to eat it leaving the dinning room with no staff.the bus stop outside the hotel took you to the aquarium and the airport and Palma

No evening entertainment in bar . The mattress were to hard for me. Free WiFi should be available paying for WiFi is very old.no fridge in the room

An enjoyable vacation with sun, sea and sangria.

With some reviews I had read, I was very apprehensive about my booking but I saw nothing negative when I arrived there. Very helpful staff and very comfortable beds. Yes, the walls were a little thin but no noise that would keep one awake. The breakfast and evening meal was very good with good variety. OK, there has to be some repetition of foods over a two week vacation but it was very enjoyable nevertheless. Location was good, just a short stroll to the main strip promenade where there was a beautiful beach that stretched for many kilometres with many bars and restaurants.

There was no bar on site with live music. Other than that, there were no negatives.

The amazing staff, the hotel is not a luxury hotel, but everything is very clean, price quality is excellent. Breakfast and dinner included make up for a lot, the meals are very delicious.

At this price I can't complain about anything. Everything was great.

cool if you are young and want to go just drinking in center and dońt care about acomodations and servis

Noisy, you can hear what people doing on hall or next door. Mel was not good. We missed fresh vegetable, fruits are just few bannana or apple on breakfast and meals for dinner were tasty less.

Room was on a road which was noisy day and night. Walls were paper thin and you can hear every word spoken in the next room. Mainly occupied by young people who were noisy and rude. No consideration at night for other hotel users. Hotel bar was not open yet we were banned from bringing in any drink from elsewhere if we wanted to. Food was only just edible. nearly the same food for the 3 evenings and mornings we were there. Not in the nicest area. Steep walk down to the beach.

Room cleaning every day -towels changed daily. 👍. We went without higher expectations at this hotel and in the end averall we were pleased about the conditions. Of course there is a lot of space for improvements,but our focus was to enjoy the island. Food is OK, like a normal canteen, don't aspect to fancy food.

Read carefully all the reviews -sadly most of them are true - but if you can live with this "small" inconvenients during the vacation time you will have a great time.

If you like eating and not good sleeping come here

Good place near to aqualand and beach meal is good only for three days , mostly the main food is fish . Alittle change in every meal, good Balkon

Horrible sound of the drunk people in the night and there is no sound proof in all of the room , there is no carpet in the room , internet is not free , this is horrible. for remote control of Air condition and tv should be paying each of them 15 Euro deposit. Very small pool is inside just to be used for 4 people.

The staff was nice, everyone tried to do their best. The hotel was last renovated ~ 20 years ago, but it is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, shops and the beach.

Basically the all hotel was worn out. Arriving the hotel room, it was dirty and sandy, it was better to clean up by myself. The breakfast and dinner not very varieted, everyday similar, morning there is no vegetables. No free WiFi. There's only 1 elevator, and sometimes had to wait 5 minutes till you catch it. The air conditioner was smelly, and the neighbouring hotel was too loud.
