Short stay in Mallorca

The breakfast was nice with a wide variety to choose from. Staff in the breakfast room were happy, helpful and courteous. The reception staff were polite and helpful. We had an early checkout and the pastries and coffee were much appreciated! The room was big with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The hotel was situated near to bars and restaurants. It was a 5/10 minute walk to the sea and the nearest supermarket was across the road. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel.

Our first impression wasn't great but after that the hotel grew on us. On checking in, there were large groups of young Germans by the pool who were drinking (alot!) and pushing each other in the pool. There was load music and we felt like we'd come to a nightclub. My 7 year old couldn't use the pool for 2 days. When these big groups left, the hotel atmosphere changed. We were confused as to why the management of the hotel did little to stop these groups from ruining the peace for others. At night along the corridor, we were woken repeatedly by young people coming in at 4/5am. The room was not clean on arrival. There were biscuit crumbs all over the unit under the tv. Our room was not cleaned on the first day despite requesting it. After that, it was cleaned for the rest of our four night stay. We awoke to another guest smoking weed on the balcony every morning. This hotel wasn't the right fit for us. We didn't feel it was family friendly but more suited to young people (18-30) on holiday with friends.

Excelente recomiendo la la ubicación está muy bien ya que tienes el transporte público a tu alcance puede hilar al aerop

El alojamiento estaba muy bien muy limpio todo y la verdad que hay una línea de buses en que puedes ir a la playa y cerca del aeropuerto. luego también somos el 1 % de los de los españoles el 99 % son alemanes, franceses y británicos. Lo más divertido es que te encuentras entre españoles y dices si somos el 1 %. La comida está muy bien aunque está adaptada a los alemanes y franceses volvería a repetir otra vez y calidad precio está muy bien

No entiendo las opiniones tan negativas que tiene sinceramente está bien yo yo vivo una vida sin lujos y muy normal y la verdad que el Hotel está muy bien

Für 1, 2 Tage ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war vielfältig und einigermassen frisch. Die Lage war auch gut wie auch die Aussicht. Auf Anfrage wurde schnell und problemlos ein Taxi gerufen.

Innerhalb des Aufenthalts wurde es kein einziges mal richtig geputzt und überhaupt nicht gestaubsaugt, beim Restaurant um 13:30 wurde man unfreundlich aufgefordert das Restaurant zu verlassen, obwohl man um 13:29 noch Essen nehmen konnte, was für mich dann kein Sinn macht, dass man dann das Licht im Restaurant um 13:30 Uhr ausmacht und sagt man solle das Restaurant verlassen. Das Gym war komplett suboptimal, dass das Gym sehr beschränkt war, ist ausser Frage das Problem war aber mehr dass die Geräte sehr schlecht funktioniert haben. Das Fahrrad z.B konnte man gar nicht nutzen, da auch der Sessel ständig abgefallen ist. Die WC’s im Stock 0 und -1 waren zudem recht kaputt und es fällte des Öfteren Toilettenpapier, einige Türen konnte man auch gar nicht abschliessen, da die Tür oder der Schloss kaputt waren. 2 der 3 Lifte waren für 2 Tage ausser Betrieb so konnte man auch problemlos eine halbe Stunde auf den Lift warten. Ist etwas suboptimal wenn man im 8, 9 Stock ist. Im Stock 0 waren bei der Espresso Maschine ständig keine Becher vorhanden. Auf Anfrage hiess es es gibt keine mehr und man müsse einen Kaffee an der Rezeption rauslassen bzw. bezahlen anstatt provisorisch einen Becher anzubieten.

Localização e

Empregados de limpeza falavam muito alto às 8 e meia da manhã, batiam portas e estavam a falar umas para as outras aos berros. Assim como as obras, que estavam a haver no hotel nos andares de baixo e mesmo no nosso andar começavam sempre antes das 9 da manhã. Um hotel e um destino para descansar, não acho que seja a hora ideal para começar a fazer obras. Qualidade preço foi boa. O brunch não era nada de especial mas achamos que servia para o efeito. Íamos sempre tomar o pequeno almoço e depois antes da hora de fechar o brunch almoçavamos, ou seja, era como se tivéssemos meia pensão . No geral, gostamos muito mas achamos muito barulhento, barulho induzido pelos trabalhadores e não pelos grupos de pessoas hospedadas.

Alles war sauber, und komfortabel, das Personal (besonders der Herr an der Rezeption) war sehr freundlich.

Wir haben die Lage tatsächlich unterschätzt. Bis zur Schinkenstraße war es gefühlt eine Ewigkeit

Caos en el Arenal

El personal, la decoración increíble.

Yo no me hubiese apresurado a abrir con una reforma de por medio, el ascensor funcionaba cuando quería, estuvimos sin televisión la primera noche no nos dejaron mando y la tele no funcionaba, no hay control de desayuno, podría haber pasado perfectamente sin pagar el primer día ( no dieron resguardo), al no funcionar el ascensor tuve de que bajar del 8º piso por escaleras sin señalizar la salida ya que estaban tapizadas las plantas inferiores, un poco caos la verdad, aunque el personal estuvo muy predispuesto a ayudar eso si.

Nur bei Verbesserung der Ausstattung kann ich es weiter empfehlen!

Personal sind sehr freundliche, Restaurant ist sehr gut, die Lage ist ebenso gut!

Betten, Matratzen und Kissen sind unangenehm!! Bettwäsche wurden den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht geändert! Kein Internetzugang im Zimmer!! Das war ärgerlich! Kein Raucherbereich in Hotelhalle!

Naprawdę polecam pobyt w tym hotelu

Bliskość do plaży. Bliskość do restauracji a jest ich naprawdę bardzo dużo. Śniadania są pyszne i różnorodne. Jedzenia jest naprawdę bardzo dużo i do tego kawa, soki, herbata, mleka, kakao... Obsługa od recepcji aż po kelnerki jest przemiła. W październiku przy basenach hotelowych był ratownik. Widok z balkonów na morze oraz Palmę de Mallorcę

Baseny dostępne tylko do godz 18.00 Straszne łóżka. Byliśmy w sześć osób tj trzy pary i w każdym pokoju pękały deski pod materacem. Naprawdę jest to tragedia.

Party hotel for drunk german idiots

Nothing pretty much. Food was okay-ish, nothing special.

Lots of drunk young guys drinking and yelling, singing, knocking on wrong doors. Do not follow the rules of silence after 22:00, lots of complains from customers, but staff can not do anything about it. They should warn that they facilitate drunk idiots from Germany. Highly Do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel if you want to have nice sleep. Walls are made of thin material, you can hear anything all night.

Disappointing

The location of the hotel and decent breakfast but the everyday same menu.

Wifi is only available in the reception area. my friend had a water leakage issue in the air conditioning.

Very forgettable

breakfast was good and varied and rooms cleaned every day with clean towels. Resort was lively with plenty of bars and eateries.

Room was very small with a balcony onto a busy main road. Lot of noise in the hotel, especially from a large number of young, drunken Germans at all hours of day and night. wouldn't go back there.
