Fantastico hotel a Santorini! Un sogno .

La pulizia giornaliera , gli asciugamani sempre forniti dalla struttura , il personale cortese e gentile , sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre necessità . Noi avevamo la camera fronte piscina , comodissima , ogni giorno ci fornivano il kit bagno! fantastico lo stendino fuori dalla camera e accogliente il salotto con un divanetto e un tavolino nel portico! Hotel veramente consigliato .

Overall was a good stay

Property was well located and gentle staff with nice facilities

We was upgraded to the jacuzzi room which was fine but 2 issues we had as follows 1 - our bed was 2 singles pushed together weras we had specified a double 2- we was located right next to the general facilities and all I could here is noise etc etc

Very good

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a decent selection available. The bed was comfy. The hotel is very easy to get to, around the corner from the bus terminal in Fira, and walkable to the main town. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy across the road also which is useful. We had a late flight out and we could leave our bags at the hotel during the day after checking out, which was fantastic.

The soundproofing in the room was not great, we could hear other guests opening/ closing doors, chatting etc very clearly. The price per night isn't the cheapest, but that is because it is in Santorini after all!

Superb

The room and the pool were excellent. The addition of a breakfast buffet was very welcome.

The walls of the hotel internally are quite thin and thus you can hear people moving / talking in the hallway quite easily.

We had two beds which separates constantly and this was so unconfortable.

Fabulous place fantastic staff and service all round

Staff were Amazing, from cleaners to breakfast and bar staff , every request fulfilled with a smile Location spot on supermarket across the road Everything else literally near by Including beautiful views They even chilled our champagne for us....perfect

fantastic!

i would say boutique charming hotel, close to city center Thira, selection for breakfast is great and tasty. if u get room with outdoor jacuzzi is fantastic! so helpful people on reception, thank u Nicolas! constant cleaning territory, even 2 times in the room and changing towels.

Unique experience

We spent a night here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke many languages. The huge room was clean and had a double bed with comfortable mattress. Outside space to eat was also very clean and the staff cleared plates etc away very very quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was to a high standard. I would definitely recommend if you are thinking of booking this hotel then you have nothing to worry about!

Good value & location

This was an attractive looking property with a good location (5-10min walk) to Fira Centro and the magnificent views you associate Santorini with. Room was neat, clean compact. I had a good location (2nd floor) overlooking the pool. Main traffic into Fira was right outside their doors but you are relatively isolated from traffic noise due to layout. Market across the street was a bonus. Breakfast was hearty-lots to choose from but minimal variety if you’re there for a longer stay.

I had some apprehension due to reviews which mentioned lack of pool umbrellas/shade and WiFi quality. NEITHER are true. Each room has a signal amplifier and the WiFi is zoned for maximum signal. Looks like the umbrellas have been there a long time too!!! See pic. So I don’t get those previous comments. True, breakfast is in a below grade room but there are trays and beautiful places to sit around the pool/courtyard.

Exceptional

I absolutely loved this place, the staff we so friendly and accommodating and nice quiet rooms on the 2nd floor. The pool area is great, breakfast is good too! I’d come back and stay here again in a heartbeat 💓

location (at the beginning of Fira town only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants); pool and sunbeds

not a 5-star hotel; room was a little bit like a cave and therefore really dark (positive was that it stayed cool even during hot days); too many people at once at breakfast which is not a good thing during covid (also staff didn't enforce masks!)

Room way too small

The location was great. The pool area was also great.

The size of the room was smaller than we thought and we couldn’t even open the luggage on the floor cause otherwise we couldn’t walk.

A flying visit, but well worth it!

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Daedalus Hotel. It is well located and a few minutes walk from the main area of Fira, and this was not a problem for me. The bed was very comfortable, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful (for example, it was very easy to arrange an airport transfer). Air conditioning was both welcome and in good working order and the room and bathroom were clean upon arrival. There is ample choice for breakfast and I felt the hotel represented good value for money. I would certainly stay again!

Wonderful

We loved everything. Plus, there was a little cat that showed up and we named him Thor and we got attached to him and so sad to leave him behind. The hotel is very clean, location is perfect (2 min on foot to the center of Thira), all great. Breakfast super fresh, big pool with a bar.

The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work very well, we had to use our 4G. The breakfast could be more Greek and not “continental”.

Location-3 minute walk to fira bus terminal Pool-beautiful Bathrooms-well equipped and shower good size Breakfast-hot vegetarian option changed every morning

Superb

Booked last minute, and the hotel was brilliant with everything it is having to do because of covid , special service from the lady in the breakfast room who serves you your breakfast who cant do enough for you then shes off to clean your room when you request it, also the young man who helped her then cleans the pool area and brings out fresh towels , the hotel lies on the edge of fira but only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of the town , supermarket over the road is handy , will definitely return
