Suffisant pour un long week-end

Hotel bien situé, à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro et dans un endroit calme. L'hôtel est propre, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais largement suffisant pour un couple. Ascenseur fonctionnel. Personnel présent et disponible au besoin.

Lit 1m20 pour un couple, et matelas dur (on aime, on aime pas...). Problème de badge accès chambre à deux reprises.

Très bel hôtel et excessivement bien situé par rapport aux stations de métro !

La serviabilité du personnel. Nous résidions malheureusement à proximité d’une chambre où les occupants étaient trop bruyants. Le lendemain, la dame à la réception nous a changé de chambre (surclassé) pour que l’on puisse dormir paisiblement !

Great neighborhood for a fun London stay.

So convenient to Kensington Palace and Gardens plus a good neighborhood for restaurants and a walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus there is a lift.

Would have liked a hairdryer. Rooms would be considered small by American standard size but it was just fine.

Friendly, pleasant hotel

Nice area, very friendly staff. The room was basic, but more than adequate. Tea/coffee making facilities and aircon. Great shower, comfy bed.

A good, clean, no frills hotel in an extremely central location.

The room and the shower room were spotless. I had everything I needed for a one night stay.

The room was very small (which to be fair, I was expecting). The whole hotel is functional, rather than inviting.

Overall friendly staff, with clean modern rooms.

Hotel is a less then 5min walk away from Bayswater Station. Overall cleanliness for bathroom and room was very good. THe room made a refurnished impression, lying at the backside of the Hotel it was very quite.

Room is very small, which for my stay was okay, even though a square meter more or two would have been nice.

The lack of sound proofing between rooms. Every movement and TV/conversation from the room above me 803 was audible so when the occupants got up at 5.45 am to leave early I was awoken. Not sure if this can be altered but not great for a hotel.

Brilliant location with great facilities.

Loved the location, really close to Bayswater and Queensway stations and Hyde Park. Great facilities, bathroom was big and the air con was brilliant. Bed was comfy and they had plenty of sockets for chargers.

You can hear people walk about in rooms above, didn’t bother us but would maybe be annoying if you were sensitive to noise.

La situation géographique, le bâtiment en question, le personnel à l'écoute, le séjour était très agréable, je reviendrais probablement !

Bien que peu dérangé par le bruit, le moindre bruit dans le couloir s'entend et l'on peu entendre les voisins également...., mais largement suffisant car confortable pour les courtes périodes.

Wonderful service. Would definitely stay again

The service was wonderful. From very early check in, to taking care of our bags, nothing was too much trouble. They staff were really friendly and very very helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. The block out blinds were great for helping kids get over jet lag.

Boa relação qualidade preço numa localização fantástica.

Localização ótima, numa zona calma e perto de 3 estações de metro. A 2 minutos a pé de Westbourne Grove com ótimos cafés, lojas e restaurantes. Também a uma curta distância a pé de Hyde Park (5/10 min) a 10 min de Portobelo Road e 20 min de Little Venice. Os quartos são pequenos mas conforáveisl, a decoração é moderna e recente, o colchão e as almofadas são ótimos.

A insonorização é má. Ouve-se as pessoas a falar nos quartos ao lado.

Location. Neighborhood. Friendly staff.

My room was cold and drafty even after adjusting the thermostat and informing staff. There were no small face size towels available only mid to large size. I had to purchase my own small towels at a local store.

Lovely property very modern clean rooms and very comfortable beds would recommend to stay here. Loads of cafes and bars near by and great transport via the tube just down the road to easily get around London.

La habitación era amplia, acogedora y moderna, con servicio de té o café en la habitación que se agradecía después de una jornada de frío. La ubicación excepcional a 10 min aprox de Portobello. Ubicación excepcional cerca de metro. El personal amable y servicial.

Alles bestens, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr sauberes und süßes Hotel, was gerade renoviert wurde. Daher eher modern eingerichtet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super gute Lage für London. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis und hat Fußläufig viele Möglichkeiten. Außerdem sind die Betten sehr bequem. (Kleine Betten, für große Personen könnte dies schwierig werden). Tolle Dusche und bester Föhn, den ich im Hotel jemals hatte. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön!

Sehr gute Lage, man kann alles sehr gut von dort aus erreichen. Ubahn 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Leider kein Aufzug. Stiegen im Haus sind extrem schmal und steil. Und man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, aufgrund einer Sperre. Das finde ich persönlich geht gar nicht, zu warm in den Zimmern! Stickige Luft!

Nice location and great money for value

The hotel is very close to several tube stations, supermarkets and the Hyde Park. The room was freshly renovated and modern. They even got us a fridge for our room without extra costs. We arrived at 11 am and wanted to store our luggage there and they already had our room ready for check-in. They even helped us with our luggage because the elevator wasn't working.

You could sometimes hear the other guests but not too loud.
