The best thing about this hotel was leaving
I have never left bad feedback to any hotel until now. I arrived to hotel after 2 long flights, man at reception was nice. Got up next morning my shower drain was clogged. No one at reception so I went for breakfast, I asked staff lady for help and she said “I don’t speak English”, I was eating breakfast and I heard same lady talking to another lady in English in next room laughing about saying can’t speak English. A man came in and went into room and I heard him say can’t speak English and laughed. Another couple were having breakfast heard it all too. Lady came out of room smiling at me smugly. I went to reception and waited while man had breakfast, he came up and I told him about clogged shower drain and I needed a shower to go out. He said hotel was full and would get a plumber in that day. I had to go to an event without a shower, welcome to my first day in London.
Got back late afternoon to motel, shower fixed, man fixed it himself was clogged with hair. I finally got a shower. I didn’t care about the mould on roof.
I was only here a few nights, felt unwelcomed, humiliated and embarrassed as a hotel guest in the behaviour of the staff in the breakfast room.. obviously they do not care about guests feelings, and by the reading of reviews they are well known as being rude. I did not go back for breakfast for more humiliation so I left early hungry but showered.

Good location, near to tube station, shops, bars etc, room pretty well-equipped. It was good to have a microwave and fridge in room, though I didn’t use them.
Fairly noisy at night (from inside and outside the building - I was at the front of the building, which may have exacerbated the noise), strange smell in bathroom (very bleach-y then very drains-y), cramped breakfast room made getting and eating breakfast difficult.

Location was excellent, quiet road and 2 min walk from the underground. Staff were super helpful.
Curtains could be draker as light got in, mattress was a little uncomfortable

location
room had a smashed window dirty bedding leaking shower breakfast was wafer, thin ham and cheese squares. No fry up to get to my room to walk 10 flights of stairs no lift

Didn’t have the breakfast as no tables vacant to sit. It was a poor selection.
The shower was awful. It was stuck on hot and there was no stand. The carpets urgently need changing. The hotel is not clean and I would not stay again

The door key worked
Absolutely disgustingly filthy. the mattress never fit the bed and the dust was piling up, where you could see the slats. I felt like I had things crawling on me.
The bathroom was an absolute disgrace. Never cleaned.
Breakfast is a joke. The milk was off both days. As well as blatantly warming the boiled eggs up from the previous day.

Breakfast room was clean. The room was quiet
Mould in the bathroom, coffee stains on the walls. Cold.

Very bad

Room was quite cozy, stuff pretty helpful. Location is nice, in a good neighborhood and not far from the Underground. In general hotel has everything necessary for a traveller.
1. Room size is small. I was missing a table.
2. Bathroom could be organized in a different way.
3. Some shelves contained a lot of dust.
4. Breakfest could contain more variety of food.

Good location, clean
Very tired, needs a refurbishment desperately.
Stayed in a Travelodge the night before for just £10 more, no comparison

The location of the hotel is very central, close to all the sights in London. Very close to metro station. Rooms are very comfortable, cozy and warm. Beds were flawlessly clean. Everyday new towels. Breakfast was good value for money. Boiled eggs, ham, cheeze, toasts, cereal, milk, tea & coffe, everything that you need.
Staircase is very dirty, no lift.

that it’s situated in a good location of London.
no lift to the upper floor, not suitable for disabled people, shabby interior, claustrophobical kitchen.

bedroom was clean and basic facilities all there . extra oil filled radiator in the room which we used as it was cold .
hallways a bit tired , carpets stained and paintwork needed refreshing

Its in a great location. Thats pretty much it
If you are not allowed visitors- it should stipulate that before you actually book and pay for a room. Its actually somewhat ridiculous to be told whether you can have a visitor in a hotel or not. If a visitor stays over- charge in the morning but to be embarrassed by the staff and told off for having a visitor come into your room, even for a few minutes is unacceptable. Show on the site WHEN booking what the policy is.. but nothing showed this! I cannot find any policy apart from a form that magically appeared when I checked in

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Limited breakfast options

The location was perfect - a very quick walk from Earls Court tube station. Bed was reasonably comfy - the best thing being the pillows.
Lack of hot water - water was just like warm both times I used the shower. The sink had a cupboard directly over it and because it was squared I hit my head on the cupboard when I leaned over the sink. There was also a horrible smell that spilled out into the room.
The TV (tiniest I’ve ever seen) was only tuned to one tv channel (itv2+1).
On the second day - the towels were removed and all that was left was a hand towel to dry myself which was ridiculous.
On the second night I was locked out and the hotel key to get back in took a very long time to work to get back into the property.

convenient

The neighbourhood is lovely, the public transport is easily reachable. The room is clean. Breakfast is from 8 am to 9.30 am but I suggest you be there at 8 am because it will get very crowded very soon and the breakfast room is pretty small.
