Incorrectly advertised as a hotel, lacking cleaning, accessibility and wifi

Owner of the property was very welcoming and pleasant

The room was not cleaned after the first day, towels were not changed, bed not made etc. We asked for this to be done but were told they would not do it and would prefer to return our payment for the next day, which they did. This is not a hotel. It is a lodging house in a rather awkward location accessed via many steps. There is no breakfast or food. Parking has to be done remotely meaning bags lifted over many steps. The wifi did not work for our stay and other guests complained. The gentleman who the owner left in charge who seemed to be unfamiliar with the concept of customer service.

Safed is a holy place. Beautiful and full of dignity. The location of the hotel is perfect for starting walks in the City.

The underfloor heating was a blessing on the day we spent there. The Hammam was great, and the entire space was magical.

There are lots of steps. This is Tzfat. Hard for people with mobility isues.

I loved everything about my stay

The Way Inn is a magical, peaceful and beautiful place. The decoration is so tasteful, the breakfast exceptional, even the music at breakfast perfect. The staff starting with the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is lovely with a beutiful view of the landscape overlooking the rooftops of Safet

Our stay at the Way Inn was the perfect end to our time in Israel, and we highly recommend it!

The location of this inn was fantastic! There were wonderful views of the mountains and cities surrounding the area. There were multiple seating areas to enjoy the outside spaces, and we had a private terrace that we used often during our stay. The directions for parking and having a free place to keep our car nearby was wonderful. The owners of the inn were very helpful, easy to communicate with and just lovely. The full Israeli breakfast spread, hot cappuccino and other drinks as well as the personalized service was so enjoyable.

The rooms are beautiful, breakfast was amazing (obly fruits were missing), nice design

unfortunately the 3 extra beds are very uncomfortable (like emergency beds or military beds). We thought we had a bedroom and a living room for 5 people but only a curtain separates the two rooms. For the price we paid, it is a bit excessive. the suite was definitely too small for us.

you really feel that someone make an effort for you. Service is great, very clean and comfortable bad. The place itself is unique with which makes you feel like you enter a special place. Breakfast is also very good. We will definitely come back for a quiet and relaxed weekend.
