Loved it and will definitely return!

The staff were excellent, so friendly and always willing to help - particularly the young girl behind the pool bar, very talented barmaid. The location is ideal, with plenty to do and see nearby.

The beds. They were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Had to leave early. Family Christmas ruined.

Nothing this time. We had to check out early and find somewhere else to stay.

We were placed on the left side of property where there are now commercial bins directly next to the apartments. These bins service all of puerto del carmen businesses. These bins are filled and emptied by lorry’s and large wheelie bins throughout the day and night. If you are placed on one of the 4-5 blocks the left side of reception don’t expect any sleep. As soon as you think it’s finished at 2 or 3am another lorry or wheelie bin tips a load of glass bottles into the large bin outside your window. Although this is nothing to do with the hotel, placing the only family with young children staying at the hotel at the time was within the hotels control. We arrived Christmas Eve and spent the whole Christmas looking for somewhere else to stay. With no resolution or help from the hotel. No refund or discount offered they only refunded the last night that we didn’t stay. The manager would not come to meet me to resolve and I still have not heard from management despite repeated requests!

Beautiful grounds very quiet and relaxing breakfast good variety

Pleasant friendly staff. lovely lady makes the omelettes was so pleasant and helpful. Every where was spotless grounds and pool area well kept and very clean. Easy access to bars and restaurants and taxis very reasonable.

Rooms needed more storage for clothes only small wardrobe.

The quietness and peace within the Club. Felt very safe with likeminded people staying there. The gated entrance brings you right out into the heart of the shops and restaurants which was ideal.

Reasonably good breakfast. The unit was clean The pool was very good Staff pleasant

A very comfortable stay.

The water in the pool was comfortable to swim in throughout the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was exceptionally tidy.

Lovely stay, will definitely stay again when returning to Lanzarote.

Great location, in the centre, but you wouldn’t think so as it was peaceful & quiet in the complex. Staff were all great, friendly & welcoming, especially the lady who was in the breakfast restaurant. Pool area was clean & spacious, our apartment was great, 2 good sized bedrooms, great bathroom with walk in shower & roomy living area with two balconies. The main living room had a kitchenette so was good to have use of a fridge. My husband & sons used the gym & were impressed with it. Also loved the trees & palms scattered around the grounds & the parakeets flying about.

My sons were disappointed that we couldn’t find the pool table. Maybe a little more choice at breakfast for the hot food, but other than that, everything was great.

Rooms could have more storage space We were there 2 weeks and there was one wardrobe Also would be a good idea if there was a weighing scales for suitcases on departure

Didn’t like being asked to upgrade our room on arrival. After paying over £1000. Only a bathroom mirror was very disappointed for the money we paid

lovely hotel nice quiet location but still lot to do around it

first day of the room cleaned still stains and marks on surfaces second day room wasn’t cleaned at all so no toilet roll of clean towels, 3rd day room cleaned ok 4th and 5th night pots wasn’t washed and marks and stains on surfaces again

our first visit to Lanzarote. we would return to this delightful resort.

modern facilities, friendly welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast provided beautifully tended grounds with variety of colourful flowers, always a delight ! Good size swimming pool Handy for restaurant gate

Its location in the middle of a tourist shopping centre!! surrounded by shops!

We had a great time despite the little problem at the start and we will return.

No freezer in the fridge.Advertised as having air conditioning but the cool air conditioning was not available until temperature reached about 22 degrees.On arrival the apartment was roasting and we had to sleep with windows open.Cecelia the manager was fantastic and she moved us the following day,we appreciate all she did to accommodate our needs.Thank you to the lovely staff and we really enjoyed our holiday in Barcarola.

very nice location. the apartment was fine. plenty of clean towels, serviced daily. couple of small issues which were dealt with immediately.

microwave or oven would have been handy. when we arrived we were offered a room overlooking a busy street. But thankfully after holding my ground, the lady changed us to a more suitable quiet room.

Breakfast staff were magnificent and quality of breakfast was first class, place immaculately clean.

The beds were good quality but a little too firm for us,that is just personal taste. Could do with some English tv channels otherwise truly excellent. Would recommend it to anyone.

Facilities in the apartments were old and there were no real duvets despite it being only 20 degrees or less. Mosquitos in ground floor apartment making it hard to sleep.
