My little bit of paradise!!!

No breakfast as its self-catering, ideal location situated on the beach, plenty of sundowners with parasol 's, sea is clean and safe for children! Lovely beach bar, friendly staff!

Wished it was nearer to Lassi but it won't stop me visiting again!!!

We have had four wonderful days at Ammos Residence

We have had four wonderful days at Ammos Residence. The room was large and from the terrace you could hear the waves at night and during the day you had the sea so close. It was very nice to have your own beach with recliners and umbrellas, and you could walk on the long sandy beach and take a dip or swim for a long time. Stelios and Irini were fantastic hosts, we got wine and mineral water in the fridge, and Irini came with provisions for supper and breakfast so we didn't have to starve as we arrived late from the airport. It was easy to communicate with them, Stelios spoke in addition to Greek, perfect English and Italian and, by his own admission, also Arabic (from early childhood), language genius! We got several tips on good tavernas. The car is a necessity to be able to go shopping or eat out. We were satisfied with everything: the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the cleaning was very good.

Super location for us : on the beach. The owners are very kind and friendly, amaizing seaview from all rooms, sunbeds included,bar on the beach,very clean,all appliances you can need (toaster,3 coffee makers,sandwich maker)

Beautiful place to stay, wonderful service.

Stelios and the team were exceptional, we couldn’t fault their kindness and service. Extremely helpful and nothing was too much to ask.

You’ll need to hire a car when staying here, as not much is in walking distance, but that can be a bonus!

Location. 10 min. by taxi (20€). Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, well-equipped kitchenette, there is everything you need for self-catering. Sandy beach, free sunbeds. We liked everything! If you want to go to the grocery or out for dinner or to travel around the island, you need a car. We liked resraurants "O Milos" - only 5 min. away by car and "Esperides" situated in the orange grove - 10 min. by car. There is a beach bar, there you can buy coffee, cöld drinks, ice cream, burgers, salads, nuggets etc. Food is fresh and delicious.

Exceptional

Room is spacious, spotlessly clean,, perfectly equipped and on beautiful beach with amazing sunset view. Baby turtles were hatching on beach during our stay and it was fun seeing them taking their first swim :) Stelios is a perfect host and made as feel really welcome.

Nothing :) The apartments are next to airport runway but we didn't have a problem with this - there were no early morning or night flights, and it was fun seeing planes landing/taking off during the day. No shops or restaurants within walking distance.

Far from the crowd, close to your heart!

A real sandy beach (unlike most beaches in Kafelonia which are pebbled) secluded from the open sea which promises calm waters most of the time. The Beach is perfect for families with small children as waters are shallow. And it's just a few steps away from your room. The staff is very nice and helpful and the owner Stalios leads the team.

The property is ideally positioned on the sandy beach very nice for children but also quite close to an area with very nice snorkeling opportunities. Stelios has been the perfect host always there for advice and throwing in small gift that made our stay always pleasant. Proximity to Argostoli is also one advantage since there you can find all you need from groceries to nice restaurants. Planes didn’t bother us .

Great stay in Kefalonia!!!

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kefalonia, we totally recommend! It is near the airport, fair distance to Argostoli, the staff is the best (we loved Mr. Stelios) and the accommodation has everything you need. Simple, nice, fair price.

Great location and room! The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We are a family of 5 and like how we had a kitchen to cook as we please. Breakfast on the balcony was amazing. Close to the airport but it did not take away from the serenity of this great property. Will stay again for sure.

Great location, very quiet and stunning sunset

The location is amazing, you are right on the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere. Free sunbeds and umbrella.The apartment has everything you need, spotless. The bar on the beach is perfect to have lunch, drinks and great coffee. If you go in September you may be in luck as we did to see the hatching of the caretta caretta nests and witness the little turtles running to the sea, unforgettable.If you want to explore the island and go out for dinner I suggest to hire a car as we did. Stelios and family are lovely.

You are close to the airport but is not a problem as there are not many flights and is actually cool to see plane land or take off when it happen.
