Great communication and awesome stay

We had the accessible unit with a disability park right in front of our unit, even a small ramp to get into the unit without having to lift your foot over the step up. This was very important to me as I am mobility impaired. The unit had a seperate bedroom with ensuite. The bed was large as in 2 mtr wide, 2x king singles instead of the 2 single in any king size bed plus the mattresses were incredibly comfortable and the bed just the right height for me. The lounge. Dining, Kitchen area were well equipped with a sofa, table and chairs, kitchen utensils and a microwave, it even had a desk with desk chair and desk light. If course not to forget the large tv hanging in the wall. The unit was serviced daily and even our coffee, drinking chocolate and milk were replenished everyday. When you stay 4 nights like we did, this saves you buying, milk and coffee etc. Towels could be changed daily but we chose not to, we don’t wash them everyday at home either.

There’s is nothing I can think of I didn’t like

Good weekend stay

It is centrally located. Heaps of restaurants to choose from nearby. Spacious rooms and free parking. The whiteware in the kitchenette are new.

My bathroom didn’t have a heated towel rack and no soap or shampoo holder inside the showers.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Two spacious rooms in the apartment which is in a very central location. The living area was well equipped, the bedroom was roomy and comfortable and the bathroom, clean, bright and spacious.

Nothing to dislike. There is some road noise but it didn't keep us awake.

I was surprised that the staff waken up all the guests who has not check out yet after 10.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Stay could be better if allocated a better room.

Good location, plenty of eatery at walking distance, Westfield mall is also walking distance. Free carparking but carpark can be full if returning late at night. helpful and friendly host.

An accessible bedroom was allocated to us for our booking. The bedroom is by the main street, noise from the street can be heard loud and clear, host sensible to provide free earplugs. The bathroom is inconvenient, designed for accessibility, floor and whole toilet floor become wet after shower. Would appreciate if Accessible rooms are listed separately on the booking system so we know what we getting.

Great stay, few minor improvements could be worth looking at though.

Great amenities. Shower was nice. Large spacious room.

Netflix wouldn’t work and reception told us just to play with the remote. Was great weather so we weren’t too worried about not being able to stay inside watching Netflix! We stopped at Briscoes to buy some pillows as the ones supplied were quite hard.

Favourite motel in ChCh

Room was very large and spacious. Comfortable and clean. Impressed with tea/coffee and toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably our favourite motel in Christchurch.

The room and dining utensils are pretty cool. Love the whole set up. Clean and bright. Nice bed. Big toilet. Awesome stay. Staff was super friendly and nice.
