Location and pool are great, but room needed cleaning

The location is excellent. In the centre of Napa. Everything is within walking distance. Port is in 200 meters, from where you can take cruises. Pool is amazing, very clean.

My friends got very clean rooms on 2nd floor. Our room on 4th floor was very dirty. Bed covers had huge yellow stains, shower was dirty and the room needed renovation. Windows looked like they had not been cleaned for a very long time. The cups in our room had coffe stains like they were used but were not washed afterwards. We found hair in the bed. Food was ok, but expected more.

A wonderful hotel. Top location close to everything important in Ayia Napa but away from the noisy streets. Very good breakfast. Very kind and responsible staff. The room was cleaned every day.

Room size is tiny. Most importantly AC wasn't working since the first night. I wasn't assigned a different rooms and they told me there was nothing they could do. I was barely 2 nights and the AC kept being a major problem.

big pool, comfortable bed. got coffee and tea bags in the room as well as pool towels. the dinner was delicious..

We came for a short stay of 1 night, wanted to enjoy the pool and spa area, surprisingly for us, the “spa” didn’t hVe jacuzzi bath, and the Sauna was only to be enjoyed if you were to call in an hour before you wanted to enjoy it so we didn’t have the chance to actually enjoy it… also, we needed to check out at 4am the next day and miss the breakfast that was included in the fare so we asked to switch the breakfast to dinner and even told the staff that we would add extra money for it but they said that it isn’t possible and did not clarify a specific reason which was very unfortunate, so we had to miss the breakfast that we payed for and also pay for dinner.. the staff was awful.

Relaxing family fun.

The look and feel was lovely. Free parking for guests. close to the beach. Family friendly. Received complementary fruit bowl on first night which was a lovely touch.

The gym and spa facilities like steam room and sauna weren’t the best. We had breakfast included and on 2 separate occasions I found hair in my food which was the biggest negative for me. I was only there 5 days so 2/5 days there being hair in my food is a lot. once is too much. I would advise them implementing their kitchen staff wear hairnets.

Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially Violeta from the kitchen. Nearby the towncenter and the sea. And a good fridge on the room.

Great long weekend stay.

Excellent location. Very Clean. Electric Car Charging Point. Nice breakfast. Reasonable prices for lunch at the pool area although the portion could have been larger.

Having to wake up early in the morning to book one of the bigger pool beds. Still it was worth it.

Spacious room, excellent location, good staff, clean, neat, good value for money

1)Beds on the pool were always full and we couldnt book them in advance. 2) we booked a delux room. Expectation was a sea view room, reality was inland view.

i dont know only the location.

everytime we come there is something broken in our room. Second time here . last time hairdryer and aircondition didnt work This time television was broken and they had to replace it after the technician reported that it cant be fixed . Every time we have a technician coming to our room at least 2 times for something that doesn’t work or is broken.. furniture, drawers, a mess. Even the staff was laughing about it knowing it happens a lot.. not worth the money guys. The hotel needs to do something and renovate everything.. we wish we would be able to share the videos we have .

Could have been much better

The room was on the smallish side but ok. Food was adequate for us but a tremendous success with our kids (13 and 16).

The hotel was noisy, with teenagers running around the corridors at very late hours, shouting, banging doors and smoking. From what management told me, the hotel keeps on being a family hotel, but this year, due to covid recovery, they accepted group reservations of teenage kids.

Highly recommended

Great breakfast, dinner menu changes daily featuring different cuisines - local, Italian, Asian, Mexican etc. Front desk, buffet restaurant staff and housekeeping are all extremely helpful. Good mix of international guests of all ages. 5 min walk to the beach, plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants around. The deepest sleep I haven't had for ages - our room was facing back. Those with sea view or pool facing can be noisy. Can't say anything about wellness facilities or entertainment program as we were not interested.
