Excellent courteous staff who are very helpful. Very good locality with easy accessibility to shopping and dining. The restaurant serves good food and is open throughout

Room facilities like snacks and beverages were not available at the time of check in but were provided the very next day.

No hot water. Aircon doesn't work. They charge for things you didn't use. Very noisy. Lift is faulty. The breakfast looks stale and rotten.

This hotel provides luxury value for money at a great location. Couldn’t ask for better.

Spacious rooms, modern amenities, clean. Located just by main road at GK2 conveniently closer to metro station. This is a gem found after a couple of disappointing hotels in this vicinity.

The elevator is small, can take 4 persons only.

1. Disgusting bloody cockroaches in the toilet. 2. Lockers didn't work even after hotel staff tried. 3. The water boiling kettle in the hotel. You can see from the video. 4. Rooms had a damp smell and even when you laid down on the bed, you could feel the damp on your back. 5. For the first 2 days we had been given the wrong room which was worth less than the money I had paid. 6. When calling any of the lines within the hotel, such as room service or reception or infact even assistant manager they wouldn't pick up and we had to go downstairs ourselves to tell them

It was a wastage of money . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only thing that I liked was the rooms were neat n hygienic.

1. I reached hotel at 6:00pm, insisted for some extra time for swimming but the guy at the reception was adamant and denied for any extra minute. I particularly booked this hotel for swimming purpose. We started swimming at 6:20 and had to leave the pool at 7:00. 2. The SUITE that I booked wasn’t provided. it was something else on picture. 3. Few staff members are rude.

Location of hotel

They did not disclose additional charges for mini bar. Also breakfast was all south Indian menu mostly. Did not like cook at the counter for breakfast dirty uniform and unclean.
