3-stars hotel facilities (not 4)

The location The safe surroundings The staff, very friendly

No iron in the whole hotel No hair dryer Shampoo etc doesn’t get refilled regularly No robe/ slippers etc Walls are not sound proof Obviously these are minor concerns that I wouldn’t even comment on if it was 2 or 3 stars hotel. But for 4 stars hotel I found this a bit disappointing

Buen hotel para una estancia corta

El Hotel está muy bien situado, la atención del personal es excelente y el desayuno muy rico

Por algún motivo entra olor a comida a través del conducto del aire acondicionado por la mañana. El baño es demasiado pequeño y apenas hay sitio para dejar los efectos personales. La decoración tan oscura con predominio del negro resulta un poco lúgubre.

No geral gostei do hotel, apenas alguns itens poderiam ser melhorados, conforme descrito acima.

Do tamanho do quarto, do banheiro (chuveiro muito bom)., lençóis..

Deveria ter secador de cabelo. Tiver que ir na recepção para solicitar. Quando cheguei no sábado o chão do quarto não estava limpo. Não dava para andar descalço. O hall do elevador também estava com o chão muito sujo. Valor da garrafa de água do frigobar proibitivo.

A very good stay.

Excellent breakfast and location

Decor too dark. Too many curtains in the lobby, reception and breakfast area. My room 804 was dark. Then I took 601 much better. The toilet too tight because not enough space in bathrooms.

Very good

Breakfast was good. Room was a bit small, but acceptable and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Each pod of coffee in the room had a cost of $1,150 pesos (USD $250), which I had never encountered before (not that big of a deal, but still...). Neighborhood was excellent. Thanks Esplednor!

The best possible location and nice rooms.

It's located in La Recoleta, one of Buenos Aires's best neighborhoods, within walking distance from many of the city's landmarks, beautiful and safe. The location is great, most of the staff are super friendly and breakfast was superb.

The A/C never worked properly. They have centralized A/C for the whole building and you cannot control the room's temperature. The weather was very hot and humid outside and the A/C broke two nights in a row, which was unbearable. The staff who stays overnight is not very friendly and could not solve the problem with the A/C.

the location

extremely small and uncomfortable lobby, TV set, dark room, poor service, the room was not ready after check-in time, not assistance at the entrance. In general it was a very poor choice.

Great option for business travellers in Recoleta.

Great location, near parks, museums, cemetery. Staff very helpful, especially the morning desk guy!

Perhaps more hot options for breakfast (was just eggs).

Helpful staff, good location

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free after checking out and pick it up a few days later after midnight. The receptionist had our luggage (and laundry) waiting for us, so we would be able to pick it up quickly to make sure we would be on time for our transfer flight. They were also able to recommend us some places and means of transport. The breakfast was good, but nothing special.

For us the pillows werent all too comfortable. They were quite a bit too thick. The door to the bathroom was in a bit of an unlucky place. If one was sitting on the toilet, the door would hit that persons foot upon opening. Nothing to really complain about, but it was about the only thing I could mention here.

This is a great hotel to stay in. I recommend it being a middle to upper range hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choice. It has great views from the location of the property and it’s positioned well in relation to different tourist sights.

I did not find anything that made my experience undesirable there. Even though the entrance seems small from the outside, it didn’t deter.

Amazing!

The location is great! The breakfast is really abundant and good. The staff, specially the reception staff were all really nice and helpful.

Nothing fancy but very quiet !

Although the room is small, it is very comfy and quiet! Only 4 rooms per floor in hotel. The staff (Sebastian, Martin and Frederick) where all very helpful. Breakfast was simple but with a large selection of pastries and fruits. They also had gluten free options, you just had to ask for them. Rain shower head. Great area to walk around with a beautiful park close by. Fantastic little pub style restaurant right around the corner. Order the steak sandwich!

Shower guard was short so bathroom got wet. Air conditioner was off for the building so room was very warm. We just opened the window and it cooled room.

Very good option for both business and tourism

The location - walking distance to the Buenos Aires Convention Centre and at the 'entrance' to the Recoleta. A very traditional (and relatively) safe area in BUE, walking distance also to the Bulrich Shopping Centre, a couple of mini markets/ grocery stores nearby, traditional restaurants. Walking ditance to the Recoleta shopping centre as well, the Yellow BUE Bus stop, etc. In short, caters well for a business stay and touristy endeavours. The room was of a good size, trendy in style. Buffet breakfast with an ample array of choices. Staff very nice.

The Internet connection in the room was quite poor! We had to stand by the doorway to get it. That said, may have been due to the particular room we were in...so check the connectivity if you really will need to work in the room.
