Bon séjour mais peu faire mieux avec pas grand chose!

L’emplacement et l’exterieur de l’immeuble. La terrasse.

Les équipements étaient moyens (tout de la marque Candy, Beko et Ikea). Il manquait des éléments pour cuisiner. Certaines plaintes sont tombées dans le salon àcause de l’humidité principalement. Climatisation capricieuse et toute humide. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Vu de la terrasse sur une gare en travaux + un parking.. pas de machine a laver (utile pour les longs séjours, même une commune pour tout l’immeuble). Piscine presque tout le temps a l’ombre.

Exceptional

The lake view was magnificent both at sunrise and sunset. Lovely having breakfast and drinks at the balcony and enjoying the beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Slight inclined getting to the place but so very worth it!

A very nice place to stay near Varenna with the view being hard to beat.

The views from the balcony were amazing. we loved sitting out there and relaxing while looking at the mountains. everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. best of all was the host Oscar. he was very helpful in recommending restaurants and providing us with directions. with the rail closure he helped us navigate the buses and ferries and even booked us a taxi.

We couldn’t quite figure out the air conditioning, we had mild weather so it didn’t matter much. The couch in the living room was not that comfortable.

Good location

-The apartment is located a 5 minute walk away from the train station and where you get the ferry to other towns. -a good base location if you want to travel around -Wifi is good - very clean - beautiful view from the balcony -host is easy to contact and friendly

-shower wasn’t hot, it was only warm. However when I contacted the host, they tried to fix the issue (I left before it was fixed). - there aren’t too many restaurants around (need to book ahead to make sure you get a seat) - no supermarket around.

beautiful, clean and perfect.

modern and very clean, perfect location less than five mins from the station which you can’t hear and the best views I’ve had when traveling. makes traveling to varenna incredibly easy

Lovely and modern property with very kind owner.

Property is very clean and modern. Oscar was extremely helpful with check in and town/ restaurant tips. Nespresso was a lovely addition. Nice walk from town, please be ready for some hills. Varenna is an absolute gem of a town with some wonderful restaurants and kind people.

My husband would have liked more than lukewarm water for his shower. Bed and pillows were mediocre.

good location: located a stone throw away from Varenna Esino train station & walking distance to town. apartment interior was clean & had full kitchen facilities. beautiful view of lake Como from the room

Chairs & lounger in balcony, swimming pool were not clean. water supply was interrupted on 1 morning for several hours

Luxury apartment with amazing views!

The view was worth every $ spent. Our apartment (Bellagio) was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The private balcony had a little table and chairs where we enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. There were guests staying in the other apartments but we barely heard or saw anyone else. It felt like our own private oasis. The apartment was obviously constructed well, very little outside noise even though it was next to the train station. We opted to pay a small fee to park our car in the garage. The small pool was clean and beautiful. We did not interact much with the hosts (nor did we want/need to) but they were easily reachable by phone, text, email.

Amar & Ashi and Kids Lake Como 2022

The apartment was clean and well presented. The view from the balcony was beautiful, much better than the photos shown on the website. Oscar our host was very helpful and always available when needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Lake Como. The train station and ferry port are very close to the apartment which made everything easier.

Can't really fault anything, we had a fabulous stay.

Wonderful little apartment with a great view!

The location in relationship to the town of Varenna is great. It is close to the train station and walking distance to all the shops/restaurants in town. The room was well appointed and had all the essentials you might need, including a lot of pots/pans in the kitchen, which was very useful. The view is incredible and absolutely worth being a short walk out of town. Oscar, the host, was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

Our stay was overall wonderful, however we had one rather large hiccup. The balcony of room we were in (called Varenna) was overrun with ants on the ceiling over the table and chairs. We didn't notice them at first when we sat down with our wine, but then I saw about 20 ants on my husband's back, so we looked up, and the ceiling was covered. We contacted Oscar, who came to the property and saw that the patio was unusable. He offered to move us to a different room for the night (smaller, not a separate bedroom) so that he could fix the problem the next day. We ended up just using the patio of the other room (this one didn't have any ants) so we could eat the dinner we cooked like we had planned. He returned the next day while we were out and sprayed the area, which was evident by the large volume of dead ants we found on our patio that afternoon. Unfortunately the ants came back, though, and made the patio unusable. The reason we chose this property was for the patio, so it was extremely frustrating for us that we weren't able to utilize it. Oscar was very responsive and did the best he could, but I would caution anyone booking the "Varenna" room to ensure the ant problem has been taken care of prior to booking a stay. This is the only reason I have deducted 1 star from my review.

Beautiful

Very nice apartment in Verona. The views were fantastic. The kids loved the pool. Oscar even helped us to find and appointment for our Covid tests to fly back home. Highly recommended.
