This is a great apartment walking distance for everything including train, food and lake.

The property was spacious, comfortable and super clean. Our host/manager went above and beyond for us offering to help with giving us a lift for sick child and important information. Communication was quick and considered.

Well-appointed comfortable stay in Varenna.

The extra cooking things in the kitchen made catering very easy. Necessary because little was open in off season. There was a lake view from some rooms, which I didn't expect would be as good. Proximity to the train and ferry is excellent.

The owner was lovely; the manager / host should have responded to questions more, and given help with off season issues. Some washing machine instructions would have been handy, and I couldn't find a toaster.

Beautiful town, lovely apartment, and nice host! We really enjoyed it.

The property is in a prime location - 7 minutes walk from the Varenna Esimo train station and 3 minutes walk to the ferry. It is a lovely apartment, very clean and tidy, with lake view in the guest bedroom (the one with 2 single beds) and kitchen, and Mountain View in the master bedroom and living room. The host was very responsive to our questions before and during the stay. I highly recommend it to travelers to Lake Como!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough and cut off a few times. We restarted the router to make it work.

All in all a lovely well equipped place i could happily live in.

Little place next door did breakfast so was perfect. Great location 200m near the ferry port and about 8 mins into main square. Apartment is very modern with everything you would need to live or holiday there. Very spacious with lovely views over the hills. Hosts arranged for us to pickup keys via text which was all very easy and came to meet us next day to collect local tax etc. Lovely bathroom with very good shower. Air con excellent in all rooms as it does get pretty hot in the towns around the lake. Easy to find on arrival as front entrance is on main road through village. All in all a lovely well equipped place i could happily live in.

Very good location , close to the ferry station, close to the train station, close to the beach and to the center of the village. The apartment was very clean and has all the facilities including hair dryer, iron, coffe machine.

Enjoyed our stay

Good value. This is a cute little apartment, looks better than the pictures. 10 min from the station. No breakfast but they did have coffee and cookies.

Spavious apartment in perfect location

the apartment is perfect situated to the Ferry, Train station and main square. we loved the location a d easy access to restaurants, sites and all transportation. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The AC was perfect. We also used the washing machine at night and hung them on the drying rack overnight and everything was dry by the time we woke up. We highly recommend this apartment. The laser was friendly and very accessible.

Arty cozy apartment steps away from the port

The host is amazing. She came over and provide everything we needed, and also came over to say goodbye before we left. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with comfortable beds and high-quality furniture. and we enjoyed it very much.

Great apartment for exploring Lake Como

The apartment is in the perfect location! It’s just three minutes from the train station and three minutes from the ferry. Access was easy using the key provided in a lockbox. It was nice to not have to arrange a meet up time with the owner. The owner provided a bottle of sparkling wine that we enjoyed. The kitchen has a lot of condiments to use if you wanted to cook And the bathroom had lots of toiletries.

The beds twin beds were tiny, but comfortable. make sure you have cash to leave behind for the city tax. The Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Really superb apartment in an amazing location. 5 min talk from train station, 3 min walk from the port, 6 min walk from the heart of Varenna. With amazing view :)

This is a perfect place to stay and enjoy Varenna.

The proximity to the lake, restaurants and the ferry was perfect. We enjoyed having multiple rooms to relax as a family and the views were great.

location

for the second week of our stay the unit below us was under full renovations. with jack hammers going all day owners did not seemed concerned about this and said they couldn't do anything about it. Disappointing. we wanted to discuss with owner but her English was very limited so left a note setting out the issues but as yet NO reply.
