Hotel acorde al precio.

Es un hotel sencillo pero cómodo, el personal es amable, hacen lo que pueden con lo que tienen a la mano, muchas cosas no son culpa de ellos, sino de los administradores. Se destaca que son muy empaticos y con exceso de amabilidad, a tal grado que me resultó incomodo por que no estoy tan acostumbrado a ese nivel de amabilidad.

No tienen restaurante y tampoco vi que se ofreciera alimento por costo extra, precio-calidad en las camas, no son las mejores pero tampoco las peores. El baño y la regadera por separado generaba conflictos para vestirse dado que uno se queda sin un espacio de vestidor, no me encantó el baño, pero de nuevo, calidad-precio.

hotel muy cercano al centro

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, puedes salir de noche al centro y regresar muy tarde sin tener que preocuparte por pagar taxi, esta a 3 cuadras del centro. Cercano al hotel hay muchos lugares para comer, para tomar algún coctel o ir de compras por artesanías.

Las camas son muy duras, no todos los días cambian toallas, no se puede pagar en tarjeta, tuve problemas con mi pago vía transferencia y tuve que pagar en efectivo, valdría la pena poner este aviso a todos los huéspedes.

El lugar está muy limpio, todo el personal es muy amable, cuenta con todos los servicios, me encantó !

Buena ubicación y excelente trato

El personal súper atento y amable. Nos ayudaron hasta con recomendaciones que no tenían que ver con el hospedaje. La ubicación buenísima, está en el centro y llegas caminando al templo pero no se encuentra en la parte más caótica, así que súper bien.

Nos tocó la habitación de la entrada así que todo el ruido de los que entran y salen se escucha muchísimo.

Aceptable para una o dos noches...

La excelente ubicación!

El espacios del sanitario y regadera, con falta de presión del agua, se podían escuchar las conversaciones de otras habitaciones en la madrugada, aún cuando se firma y acepta el reglamento que regula el horario, falta de estacionamiento, escalera de ascenso a las habitaciones del segundo piso peligrosa.

Es un muy buen lugar para quedarte tomando en cuenta ubicación (a unas cuadras de la plaza Santo Domingo), restaurantes

Esta muy acogedor, y la ubicación es excelente!

Que no incluía desayuno, pero aun así hay muchos restaurantes cerca. También por la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido tanto de los empleados como de los otros huéspedes.

Good location in Oaxaca

Really good location close to the centro, and bars/restaurants and the markets. There is a great bakery/cafe nearby called Boulenc. Helpful staff, really happy to assist with booking taxis / providing cleaning, refilling water in the room etc. Wifi and aircon worked well! The terrace upstairs was nice

Room was called ‘city view’ which it wasn’t, it had 1 small frosted window with no view. Safe didn’t work at all, staff kindly tried to help but in the end there was nothing that could be done, it was broken. Bed was particularly hard and had 4 thin blankets which was fine temperature wise but just made it a bit uncomfortable/ messy. Smells are not great in the bathroom/shower

Exceptional

Everything was perfect and as described on the listing. Staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The room was clean and the terrace was lovely.

Unfortunately the room didn't come with a fridge. It was not listed so we didn't expect to have one, but it would be a nice addition to keep our drinks cold.

Comfort place and people to enjoy the city.

The zone is very close to downtown and other interesting places. Night crew, Luis & Carolina were so kind, and help us when we were reviewing what to do around the city and diferent places next to Oaxaca.

Windows beside the main door in the room permits a lot of light from outside corridor. Room #6 has a little furniture for the clothe.

Ok but not what we expected!

The staff is very friendly!

It’s not at all like advertised. The pictures are misleading! Upon our booking it said it was a room with a view and private balcony, but in reality there was only a tiny milk glass window toward the patio and the door gave way to the same common patio. It would be fine if the description is so that you know what to expect. The staff is very friendly though and the location is very good!

Great stay, close to everything, the rooms was nice, clean and modern and exceptional staff.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional, everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and protected here. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The walls were thin you can hear the toilet flush from the other room next door.

Nice, good location, you get what you pay.

The location was really good, it was close to the Sant Domingo church and near the center of the city. But it was also further from the zocalo so you couldn't hear the noises at night.

The bathroom and the shower were connected but it wasn't easy to go through and it was really small. The pillows were uncomfortable and really thin. The staff weren't paying attention when you get to the hotel since it was locked with a key, it takes some time for them to notice you outside.
