good price. Kettle in room, bring your own tea and coffee. Location was great.
The bed was a worn out spring mattress. Very uncomfortable

I can’t think one.

Tenia ascensor i esta ben ubicat
Els llits no són confortables, el sillo esta trencat i caldria millorar la neteja del bany
3.7
Very clean place, perfect position for downtown walking
No refrigerator in the room, only one pillow
3.7
The location & ability to store luggage before check in
General poor standard of upkeep. Only one available electrical socket - no usb outlet. Difficult access to get luggage in & out of building
3.7
Good.not much for a 2 night stay.
All good.

The location was great, really close to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. There was street parking found easily enough around the block. The beds were comfortable
The room was basic but functional. The bathroom was a wetroom so the floor got very wet but they provided a long squeegee to help clear the floor of water.
3.7
Excellent location to the city and bus stop to be picked up for day tours and drop off from airport. Would recommend for convenience.
Bathroom very small. No tea or coffee provided.
3.7
Basic 'hotel' above restaurant. Comfortable base. Fairly central.
Room 'cleaned' daily - wasn't expecting that so dirty washing lying around. Parking - expensive adjacent car park or street parking chargable between 9am and 6pm weekdays.

they are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Had a great talk with the owner about the economic of Iceland.
all was good!

Great location! the perfect stay if your just looking for somewhere to rest at night after going off on trips exploring Iceland.

The only positive about this hotel is its location which is quite central but with cheap windows with massive gaps in them you'll be cold and won't be able to sleep because of the noise from the streets.
This is not a hotel, it's a version of tiny students rooms. Despite free/cheap energy in Reykjavik, their heating system is very poor which leaves rooms cold and without carpets you definitely need to bring your own slippers as the floor is very cold. Description of the hotel mentions reception but there is none, you have to buzz from outside to be able to speak to someone via comms system while standing on the busy loud and cold street, dress yourself warmly to step outside where it's usually very windy and raining. There is no other means of communication in the hotel, they provide no explanation, no telephone in rooms, no amenities to eat, no tea or coffee, just one cup without spoons, and when you ask for cutlery you will be met with indignation.
There is also a bubble-tea shop on the grounds of the hotel, separated by cardboard, be prepared to receive rude answers if you gather courage to ask them a question, they will deliberately ignore you and give you a rude "we are not the hotel".
You will have a kettle in the room with a very short cord which does not reach plugs. You'll have to place it on the floor to reach sockets.
Toilets are located under the sinks, if you are a small build like me, you'll manage to squeeze under the sink just right.
Bed mattrasses are very cheap and uncomfortable to sleep on, with gap between bed frame and wall where you have to be careful not to fall into.
The curtains in every room are closed due to the view of bins and fire stairs, or if facing main streets - everyone would be able to see in. Keep the curtains closed to protect a bit from the cold entering from the window gaps.
The price might seem a bit lower but definitely not worth your saving on basic comfort needs.

excellent location and very kind staff
tv in room didn’t work
3.7
Great location and helpful staff! The facilities were great, a big room with everything we needed.
Nothing I can think of!
3.7
friendly check in, stored my luggage after checkout.
tv remote was held together with tape. not enough towels.
3.7
the location was the absolute best feature. the staff we friendly and helpful.
very basic room, no simple extras like a microwave. Iceland is very expensive and a microwave would help travellers out greatly. older flooring. the wifi quality was very poor.
3.7
location is prefect, also very clean & comfortable room
pricy but Iceland everywhere is pricy
3.7
Excellent location for catching bus tours, stop #12 free pick up is 7 min away. Late check ins easy to manage. Room cleaned every day. Heated room with decent size and storage places. For the price it's just ideal.
Shower floods easily, no separation from actual floor. But with the help of a tool we manage. Matress a bit puffy and pilow same but I slept like a rock anyway. No staff anywhere but ring the bell (phone) and they answer any questions.
3.7
There was no breakfast
Toilet smelling, Windows falling put etc,
3.7
The beds were surprisingly extremely comfortable, the room was really clean and cozy, and it is only 10 min away from the main sights of the City. Also across the street is a clothes outlet, which is very handy.
Everyhting was honestly great. We did not have to speak in person to anyone which for us was great.
3.7
location
Lack of parking lot and limited availability of personnel. Street parking is prohibited or expensive. I saw the manager at checkin but not after that. couldn’t contact him by phone to answer my questions.
3.7
Location was good, bed was comfy, room was about right for the price. Shower facilities were good
Check in was awkward due to the shop, and there being separate doors. A little confusing. Then there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, etc. property seems tired .
3.7
Location is amazing, really convenient.
