Amazing location just one street away from the Duomo with lovely hidden piazzas just behind the hotel.
Great views from the roof terrace which the hotel pictures don’t do justice.
Friendly staff.
There is no step free access from the street. The hotel is on the second and third floors but the lift only starts from the first floor, not the ground. So it wouldn’t be good for people with mobility issues or prams/buggies. We were with my 80yr old Mum and she managed OK, but it was a consideration, and all the grandkids helped with bags etc.
It was a busy street so you could hear noises most of the night but the triple glazed windows did the job and it was all good noises, nothing rowdy. Felt safe everywhere.

Location. And cleanliness.
Stairs. Especially when you have a pram it is very difficult.

This was a charming little hotel and very close to must-see sights in the central of Florence. Big plusses for us were A/C (we stayed in early August), grocery store nearby (Carrefour Express), short walking distance to main shopping streets and tourist spots, and a cute roof-top terrace where we took in a beautiful sunset over Florence roof tops. The room was comfortable and had everything you could need.
We didn't have any issues with this hotel stay

My family and I LOVED this place! Location was excellent and the view from the roof top was outstanding!
No small washcloths for faces.

Stanza pulitissima, bagno molto comodo.
Posizione centrale e con tutti i servizi a disposizione.
Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
La strada su cui affaccia la camera un pochino rumorosa, ma nella norma essendo la posizione in pieno centro e la zona con molti locali x la ristorazione.

Uzasna lokalita, priatelsky personal, utulna a cista izba.
Nemame ziadne vyhrady.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the Duomo and Uffizi. The staff made excellent dining recommendations. The rooftop area is very nice, especially at night.
The hotel was hard to find. There are two numbering systems on that street, one for shops/restaurants and one for others like the hotel. There are a lot of stairs to climb to reach the elevator but not uncommon for Europe.

Wonderful friendly staff. Superb roof terrace with views
It doesn’t have a lift so not so good for those with mobility issues. But the stone staircases add to the charm

The trek up 2 staircases with luggage. No help getting up stairs.

very nice accommodations and location.
Mattress was too hard.

Location was good. The room was a good size.
The bed was like concrete, the pillows were about 1cm thick. The room was terribly noisy, both from the street til 3am and then from the room next door from 7am. They should have informed me that this room was incredibly noisy.

Good location.
An old building with 27 steps to negotiate before reaching the lift made it very difficult with luggage.

The location is excellent and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

the location was great, the room was spacious, clean and modern
contrary to what was written on Booking, you can’t have breakfast in the hotel. plenty of places outside but it means you have to get out
also, the noise during the night can be a bit bothering
2.5 / 5.0
Excellent position.
It is not really a "boutique hotel"... it's a building with some "rooms for rent".
The elevator is hard to find... even after the 36 steps.
Rooms would need some renovation... especially the doors.
No breakfast available... overpriced for what is offered!

Sometimes bulb light disappears probably due to mechanical problem.

There is not breakfast, but in the location there is many coffes and restaurants.
I did not like just the water control, because there is not water at ease.

the team is very helpful. location is perfect.
we did not have a coffee machine in the room. when you are in italy you expect to drink some coffee in the room 😜
also the building was so old the facilities never seem to clean.
