About this apartment rental

We are ideally located off the 5 freeway with convenient access to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Irvine and San Clemente. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. We've installed key-less entry, smart TVs in every room, and have a charming patio. We respond to all messages quickly and it is our goal to accommodate guests. Excellent hosts

First time booking a room in someone’s home and it was a great experience. Beat the price of a hotel room by a t least a third and couldn’t have been nicer and was perfect.

My daughter and I traveled from Ohio for a wedding and they were very accommodating and very friendly. We had a great time and would definitely stay with them again! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in a long time. And their sweet dog Finn-we miss him so much!! Thank you for allowing us in your home!

Great location!

Although the weather wasn't very cooperative we still had a good time. The Whites were very helpful in giving us directions and ideas for eating out. Loved Fenn there dog and enjoyed conversation with them. Would definitely go back and hopefully the weather will be warmer.

Matthew and his wife were excellent hosts. Didn’t feel like we were intruding in their space. Felt very private and was clean and everything we wanted and needed. Even had our own door to their balcony with beautiful succulents. Would and will recommend to our family and friends. Thanks for your hospitality. BTW loved Finn.

The room was cozy, the bed was comfy. They had a cute dog that was a total sweetie. The location is right off the highway, perfect for exploring.

My boyfriend and I came down to the area for an engagement party and this spot worked out perfect for us. Cute room with balcony access - everything was clean and the owners are very friendly. I highly recommend!

I enjoyed staying in the home of Matt and Jen. They are a caring couple with high standards of respect. I enjoyed the private bath, room and balcony. All three are next to the each other. For a shared living space, this is ideal. The home was clean. The bed is extra comfortable. It makes a person feel at home unlike a hotel. I couldn't have expected better. I strongly recommend booking with Matt.

Location is very convenient to major roads and was quite, comfortable and nicely appointed. Highly recommended for someone needing a short stay in a clean comfortable place, and the homeowners are terrific as well
