A very nice rental property

Highly recommend this home for location, view, and facilities

Loved the home, the view, the location, and having a wood fire set up - all we needed to do was light it

While there was plenty of good heating in the house, there was no heater in the main bedroom - there was an electric blanket but as I don't like to sleep with that on, I found I got cold during the night.

It was a huge property for the two of us, it would be great for a family. The views were amazing. We used the BBQ and the rear garden got the evening sun,

Awesomeness was everywhere.

View was magnificent and close to the amenities.

Main bedroom looking out the lake, right hand window handles need to be changed as wind blows through very loudly. One of the night was very windy and couldn’t sleep all night.

Lake Tekapo at it's best, great accommodation, awesome time had by all - coming back for sure!

The location was excellent, with stunning views straight down the lake. The house had very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with two of the three bathrooms nicely updated. A super-efficient log fire (needed as it snowed) plus 2 heat pumps made the house incredibly warm and thoughtfully the home was heated prior to our arrival early evening. The kitchen was well equipped and although we didn't use the laundry, that also looked well organised. Highly recommend this property and definitely intend to return again.

Although we were mindful not to take lengthy showers, as there were eight of us in the house, the water went cold after only three showers in the morning so that was disappointing.

Excellent location and great views from the deck.

The view was amazing. The kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. Fire was lovely and all prepared for us to light. A very warm house with lots of heat pumps as well as the fire.

The double bed upstairs wasn't that comfortable but we got used to it after the first night.

The house was very clean, spacious and had a fabulous view of the lake. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in 3 broken nights sleep. Considering the great views and spaciousness of the house, its a shame the owners haven't invested in better quality beds.

Had a great five days in Tekapo with perfect weather.

Great location with lovely view and a very practical garden for the dog to be secured in. The house is spacious and perfect for a small group.

Unfortunately the oven was almost impossible to use without an instruction manual - ridiculous in an expensive house. Guests no longer want to eat out every night.

Close to town. Amazing views, comfortable and low key.

Oven was difficult to work and the instructions provided were very generic. Had to down load oven manual from internet to work it out.
