Rummet var stort. Blev väl emottaga. Sköna sängar. Frukosten väl tilltagen. Allt fanns som man önskar. Fick äggröra a la minute. Jättegod.

The reception guy was very helpful, we were running late compared to what we originally indicated and had to call to tell them we're not going to make it by midnight. He spoke English and said it was fine.
The room is comfortable and quiet big. Plenty of space for three people.
Didn't try the breakfast, but there is a nice cafe 2 min from the hotel where they serve eggs and breakfast fast, so you can still make it back to checkout to 11:00.
The location. It's probably us arriving past midnight, but the city at night around the hotel is not recommended. It feels like a lot of shady people are out on the streets, most not completely sober.
Finding a parking at night is a nightmare - they literally close the underground parkings for the night, by putting fences there, and other parkings require you to pay in an vending machine that takes no cards or bills, just coins. They offer to pay by app, but that didn't really work nicely or fast. We were lucky to find one that was free on a Sunday, but that was a huge quest.
Whatever parking the hotel suggested to use is an underground expensive parking, so not really an option when arriving late.

The hotel is perfecy located near the central station and a schwebebaan station, but it was perfecy quiet. We arrived early, but we could enter the room. We had a room for three, which. was very spacious, with a desk in a semi-separate room. The beds were excellent. We appreciated the trees and coffee facilities on the ground floor. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Amazing location, as it's right in the middle of the city centre.
Very spacious room and a huge bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the room looks clean.
We also got a Free City ticket which was included in the price of the room.

Location & property were good
Very average breakfast, not worth the money we spent on it

This hotel is so central for train travellers with luggage (about a 4 minute easy walk from the station) that we really would not stay anywhere else. The single rooms are small, but totally sufficient for one person. It is lovely and warm (in December), the bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. There is a tea/coffee station in the foyer for use at any time and we got free mineral water whenever we wanted it. You can also buy bottles of beer at comparable prices from Reception. The breakfast room is welcoming, with a wide range of hot/cold options and plenty of coffee. When you walk out the front door, you are right in the middle of the pedestrian zone. The Schwebebahn entrance is right nearby as are the bus stops. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Good restaurants and a wide variety available in this area. We always stay here when we come to Wuppertal.

Breakfast was good value, and the coffee was good and kept coming with out asking.
The room was quiet. Nice central location.
The free city ticket was not explained. You could use it without going to the transport office.
Had a problem with the door lock, but it was resolved immediately without fuss.
No bars close the hotel.

The location is in the center, within walking distance from the main station. And the hotel offered me free tickets to the suspended train during my stay.

The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and we managed to avoid any crowds, which was great. The reception staff answered every query with a nod and “Ja”, nothing was too much trouble. A quiet room? Ja. A non smoking room, Ja. A room to mind our bags? Ja. We got it all! And the ticket to travel on local transport was an absolute bonus. We came back for two more nights and were not disappointed. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were all friendly.
The Wifi sometimes took a while to load. That may not have been the hotel’s fault as mobile data was unreliable as well.

The location was perfect, just what we wanted
The room had obviously been used by smokers, it really smelt of smoke - it was so bad that our clothes smelt of smoke when we got home

The hotel was clean, had comfortable beds and spacious room and bathrooms with good eater pressure. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.
There was not air conditioning in the room. We woke up at 6;30 in the morning because there were road works which involved terrible ongoing drilling. The breakfast was very basic and the staff did not speak any English. Parking was 5 mins away but not guaranteed as most of the spaces were reserved.

Location location location: in the middle of city center. Everything in walking distance! Ask the concierge for parking nearby (5 minute walk). The free pass for the "Schwebebahn" is nice. If you want to walk around in city after checkout: just ask the hotel staff to watch your luggage
The rooms are a little bit small, the shower a little outdated. But for city trip it is perfect
