Very nice and cozy hotel and staff was very nice.
Room was clean and confortable and had gorgeous views over the Torres del Paine mountains. We had diner there twice and it was very good.
Close to the park entrance but you definitively need a car to get around.
Wifi worked well in our room
expensive but as everything here cause it is a National Park

Very nice family runs this place, felt good to spend our money with them.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and our room was not very quiet next to the common area and beneath another room with very thin wood floors. The dinner was just okay, definitely not exploding with flavor, Salmon was a bit undercooked for my taste.

Very warm hospitality by a family owned Hosteria. On our first night we went for dinner at the big hotel near by but were disappointed. On the 2nd night we stayed for dinner and it was a great experience . The cook made great dinner and they were caring and devoted for good service.
Breakfast is very modest and may be improved

We stayed at Hosteria Lago del Toro for 3 nights and it was great. The views are stunning, the staff is attentive and kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bright sitting / dining area with some mountain view. Amazing staff that are available 20 hours a day and always cheerful. Some decent wine and beer available. Decent room size.
Wish the beds and pillows were softer but they were nominal for the country. Four minute wait to get the hot water but once it arrives the shower is good. Breakfast is a bit pedestrian. The cook was unavailable during our stay so we had to eat at other hotels. All hotels at this village are quite expensive for what they provide. Wifi will eventually get your email but don’t expect to stream or use the Internet.

Nice staff. Amazing views. Restaurant on site.
Price. Property is located near the National Park (Parquet Nacional del Torres de Paine). Properties there charge exuberant rates, because they can. Cheaper options are available in Puerto Natales, which is 80 KMS away. For what property can offer, it is overpriced. You are paying for the location.

I love everything about this hotel. It's a home away from home where we were made to feel welcome as part of their family. I will continue to visit these lovely people and their hotel and would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quaint and comfortable experience with the kindess and most professional country hospitality.
I was sad to leave this place

Great location. Friendly staff.
Very slow internet - we went across to the other hotel to use the internet there. Food & Drink very expensive (e.g. Small water 4 USD)

not much
internet- was non existent-
noisy between rooms
Everyone goes here to go to the national park and they had NO NOTHING ZILCH information on the park.
Everyone that I met there was an English speaker but no one in there staff could speak English.
$175 usd for this place was poor value.
it should have been valued for what it was/is a HOSTAL . At best $75 usd.
the evening meal was good @$30 usd but that was all that was good.

Amazing place, the best place we’ve stayed in Chile since we got here. The people are like family and treat you like one. They are kind, thoughtful and the food I don’t even need to tell you…just try and enjoy it. A lovely Place!!!
