The outlook was nice, the rooms were very basic but reasonably comfortable
Very few facilities, no useful information was able to be provided on the park or visitor options around. Wi-Fi was poor (only in communal areas) and overall it was very overpriced considering the above for in my view 2 star accommodation

You will think you are in a dream when you see the scenery. Comfortable and well suited for its location.
not cheap…

Clean, comfortable hotel. The staff is nice. The spectacular views will brighten your day when waking up.
The coffee is really bad! The food quality in general was mediocre.
Note that while the hotel is right next to the park, you are still an hour drive away from most hikes. Plus breakfast only starts at 7am. So this location may not be the best if you plan long, all-day hikes.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The view on the Torres del Paine is exceptional. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the park and thus is an ideal starting point for excursions.
It is quite expensive for what it has to offer. The attached restaurant is clearly a rip-off but you have little choice if you did not bring your own food.

Incredible location
Restaurant very expensive

We loved the views from our room and the lounge. We would not recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a Marriott feel. To get to the hotel from the parking lot is about a 2-3 minute walk on a very sturdy wooden walkway. They did have a man that took care of our luggage. The hotel has a rustic elegant feeling with no elevator or TV's anywhere and the internet only worked in the lounge area. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. That being said we would definitely stay there again!! We ate all our meals in their restaurant and were very happy with the price, quality and service. Breakfast is served in the lodge and was very good. The English speaking young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
The main thing we didn't like was there not many places to hang anything up. No hangers, only one hook in the bathroom. Also the bathroom could use a shelf or two to put your toiletries. It would be helpful to have a drying line in the shower since there is a shortage of places to hang things. They definitely need to give people better directions for your arrival especially if you arrive at night because it is very confusing.

Such a charming, cozy property with great views of Torres del Paine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at 4 different places on our trip through Patagonia, and this was by far our favorite.

extremely nice location with an amazing view. very convenient bed. friendly staff. just worth to go here because of the view….
Outside the National Park. so a car is quite helpful.

the scenery, the waiters were very pleasant.
the staff wasn’t efficient as I hoped they would be.

very beautiful common area and breakfast room with wonderful view
The internet wifi is not working in the rooms, only in common area. when I pay 300USD per night, this should absolutely be possible.
also, despite the breakfast being okay good, it is inacceptable that the food was taken away sharp at 9.30am and the waiter started hovering the room while we still had breakfast. Although the breakfast was officially only until 09.30am I consider this still ridiculous especially for this price. another couple coming to breakfast at 9.40am did not receive any food anymore.

Spectacular views of mountains and water from every room! Good food and excellent service at restaurant.
Reception could proactively suggest/recommend activities. Wifi in main building/rooms did not work during 3 night stay, only restaurant had functioning wifi

The view is priceless. The lodge is right in front of the river Rio Serrano. You can see the Torres from your room window. As well as horses all around. It's magic. The rooms and the rest of the lodge are "minimalist" style. Nothing distracts you from the view.
Breakfast is good. The staff friendly. We took part in a horse riding which was very nice.
There is only one option for food in Rio Serrano which is the adjacent restaurant. The restaurant is good with lots of options but also not on the cheap side. After three days it got a little dull. The other hotels didn't accept outside guests in high season. Also, if you want to buy anything be sure to bring it from Puerto Natales or El Calafate. There is no shop in our around Torres del Paine.
It's a pity that there is very little information on the National Park in the lodge. Probably due to the minimalist style. It would have been nice to have better informed staff.

Everything was exceptional (especially the views)!

We had great 3 nights at Pampa Lodge. Personnel is very friendly and welcoming. Lodge has its own restaurant in a separate building, that serves great food with lots of fish and meat variety. The views from the room and common areas are stunning. Special thanks for the horse riding services - we've spent 6 hours with Sofie and Ariel and it was an unforgettable experience with really nice lunch provided.
Lodge is located at Rio Serrano area of the park. If you travel w/o a personal car, be mindful that you need to organize transfers from the Lodge to main hikes and it would be costly (doesn't matter if you order transfers from Lodge or from Puerto Natales). If you have your own car, be mindful that to Base Torres hike it is 1.5 hours + ride.

Sensational views of Torres del Paine mountains and Rio Serrano from all windows (even the shower). Coffee and tea available all day in lounge areas. Pleasant outdoor sitting areas. Staff very helpful when we encountered some travel problems.
Furniture in rooms is minimalistic. Rooms are of good size but there is no cupboard space to hang clothes. There are no chairs in the rooms. Wooden floors and stairs are very noisy particularly if you score room next to stairwell. There is no where to eat dinner other than hotel restaurant where food is very ordinary for the price.

This hotel is truly incredible - the views are stunning and the staff were incredibly helpful. of all the places we’ve traveled, this is probably our favorite hotel stay ever!

Friendly staff and amazing view from the room
Lounge area/ breakfast room is huge with a cozy fire place
Breakfast buffet with a lot of varieties
Although the people are very nice, the level of serviec does not match the price for the room. We arrived and the electricity did not work, heating system was also not working for the first night. On the second day, after our hiking trip, the very friendly staff informed us, that they will start the generator for us to have a hot shower. Only based on requested we got the information that besides tea and coffee also other drinks can be served in the lounge (the restaurant is in another building). This is all fine as the staff made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, but this does not match the price per night in the lodge.

Staff, location and common areas were great. Breakfast was good too. The place is really gorgeous.
There isn't consistent wifi in the rooms. No fridge nor even a chair. These are improvements that can be done easily by the management.

Breakfast was great, the staff were exceptional. The dinner was very good. The rooms were clean. Overall a fantastic experience. Would recommend this place.
Nothing to report.
4.4
The rooms capture a sense of Chilean zen with one light colored wooden wall and plain white walls. The staff are extraordinary. The lodge is well located with spectacular views. You need a rental car.
4.4
The hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the park and such a relaxing and quiet environment to unwind at the end of long hiking day. The staff were fantastic and prepared full takeaway breakfast and snacks for our early hiking days. The bathroom is spacious and clean with amazing views even from the shower! All of the rooms have a view of the park as well.
There is no WiFi access in the rooms, only in the common area. The hotel restaurant was overpriced. You must rent a car if you stay here since it’s outside of the park (with no shuttle service) which made it a more costly stay than we had hoped.
