At the end of the day this was a very comfortable place to return to after sightseeing.

Comfortable and well-appointed older style apartment. Both bedrooms have direct access to bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and equipment, including a stocked wine fridge (honesty payment). Apartment is beneath the main house, and sometimes noise from above can be heard. Easy street parking.

Cute but not quite perfect
This very well fitted out & modern 2 bedroom stay is the basement floor of an older house, facing east away from High St, so is very quiet. Problems: the external steps down from the street are narrow and not all horizontal, so carrying bags is a bit precarious and challenging; and the bedrooms are quite dark all day - but that makes for a great sleep 😌 in the good king size bed, and the TV room has good light by day. Overall a good stay thank you Annette

Caradi is so much more than a apartment
Caradi is a wonderful luxury apartment that feels more like a house. It is spacious but is filled with cosy character that makes you feel right at home. It is totally private and is a lovely location that makes it close to everything but is quiet surrounded by lovely gardens. The sunshine and view over the mountains in the morning was a huge highlight for me. Everything in the house is of high standard which makes for a relaxed luxurious stay.

Disappointing
Whilst l really want to write a good review, this stay left us nothing short of disappointed. The owner was wonderful and accomodating when our booking had to be postponed due to COVID, as well as helping when we complained. But unfortunately we did not enjoy this stay. The listing needs to be clear and state that this apartment is underneath the top level of the home, free parking is street parking, and the stairs to get to the door are very steep and narrow and there is nothing to hold onto when trying to get up and down them. It also needs to be noted that sleep will be minimal if in the second bedroom as the creeking floor and flushing toilet from the level above is rather loud. The bedrooms are also incredibly dark due to it being at basement level, and there are no bedside lamps It also took us a long time to find basic items like bin bags, and we had to buy our own toilet paper as there was only a little bit left on the roll at each toilet. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided, but we had to buy our own milk.
On a positive note, the lounge room had lovely natural light and the beds were comfortable.

Great location
Good property, we only stayed one night so didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything. Bed was comfy and all really clean. Only thing I would say would be nice to have bedside lamps so you can read in bed. Walk into town easy but bear in mind quite steep coming back home. Lovely location and would stay here again if we were back in Launceston .

Comfortable Boutique apartment
Lovely 3 night stay in this apartment. Modern facilities, clean and quiet. Beautiful decor with all mod cons for a comfortable stay. Be aware it is situated higher up in Lanceston if planning to walk into town. Just recommend to put a couple of bedside lamps in and a handrail for the narrow steps down to the apartment entrance. Good communication from owner.

A newly furnished apt very nicely done.
The apt was close to town and St Georges Square. It was clean and had comfortable beds. The steps down to the apt were very narrow and would be difficult for people with disabilities. It was a very comfortable place to stay.
