Excelente ubicación y Buena habitación.

La habitación me gustó mucho, amplia, Cama muy comoda, grande y las sabanas Blancas y de Buena calidad. Mucha seguridad. Y muy silencioso en el Dia y Noche.

Aunque tiene espacio para una pequeña cocineta, Esta vacia. Me hubiera sido muy util un microondas y un frigobar.

Loved it

Nice old courtyard. Big, quiet room with a fun layout, many lighting options and a huge bed. Very convenient location.

Central hostal

I liked the location, close to everything. The place was good value for money with a good bathroom and nice soft beds. I personally didnt have the experience about the gate like others did, but we didnt go out very late.Tv worked well in the room. Nil complaints.

a huge amount of space for the price! The cable worked well and cinecanal was one of the channels. The building was very quiet except for some traffic noise which I could drown out with the fan. At times, I think I was the only one there except for the watchman. The bed was comfortable and there was a refrigerator.

The door is not open at night and you don't have a key to get in. There is no buzzer to ring so you either have to pound loudly enough for somebody to hear you or call them on your phone which I did not have access to without internet. I was given the wrong internet connection password at first and there's nobody to tell you how anything works

Comfortable Hostal in the Antique District

Super helpful staff who arranged laundry pickup and ordered pizzas and transportation for us. Interesting location close to the antique stores and Sunday Market. Clean and comfortable. Large room with warm and comfy bedding. Large shower with hot water and good water pressure. Great internet. Coat rack provided and tables to hold suitcases. Toiletries provided. We liked it so much we ended up staying for almost two weeks, extending our reservation twice.

No closet. No coffee, tea, or drinking water provided. Must knock or call after 6pm to get in or out, but it wasn't too inconvenient.

Really cozy place with friendly staff, where I will stay again if I visit Puebla again. Room and bed were so big and clean, so it definitely should cost more! The room has a small kitchen, so it's good for a long staying as well.

Hostalgia is conveniently located in the barrio viejo amongst antique shops and restaurants. It is walkable to all Centro sites. The local bus line is a block away, as is the Sunday Market. The staff was very helpful, ordered taxis and pizza for us, and arranged laundry pickup. The room was simple but comfortable. Excellent internet. Showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm. They provide extra blankets and towels at your request. Soap, shampoo and lotion is provided. There is a well-equipped kitchen available for you to store or cook food. Our room was very quiet at night.

No drinking water on site, but there is a shop 3 doors down to buy drinks and snacks. Our room did not have a closet, but had enough tables to put suitcases on, and a coat tree to hang jackets.

perfect location close to all tourist attractions comfortable bed quirky decor

dirty bedsheets, dust and hair everywhere there is a kitchen but absolutely useless as nothing there except microwave and cupboards, no fridge , no cutlery The biggest disadvantage is that the front door are closed at 6pm ( sometimes earlier ) and to get in you need to call them .

Very good accomodation in Puebla

Excellent room with comfortable bed, bathroom and mini kitchen area. There is a kitchen and TV room available also.

Have to call security to open the main door at night.

Great place to rough it for a few days.

Great location. Price. Private room w/ensuite bathroom.

You do not get your own key to enter the complex; you have to wait outside until someone lets you in. I was there in November and my room was quite cold (room was not heated)

The accomodation was very good, it fulfilled our needs for one night. It has its own private parking and very close to the center - just few minutes walking. The room was calm and big enough.

Good hotel if you're on a tight budget and don't mind cold showers

Clean basic hotel in an old historical building. Good location in the historical center, one block from the city tour buses and the tram and tour bus to Cholula. Easy walking distance to the Zocalo, shopping, and many tourist sites. Excellent Wifi. Friendly helpful staff. Front desk staffed 24/7. Less than $10 USD per night, including tax, for a private room with private bath.

The water in the shower was ice cold. Rooftop terrace with a view, but no seating. Kitchenette had microwave and sink, but no fridge, coffee maker, dishes, or anything else you usually find in a kitchenette. Water in the kitchen and bath was turned off twice during my stay.

All is good, the fact that the door is always locked and you have to wait to be let in sucks, but the staff are always quick to get the door when you knock!

Fantastic rooms with super comfy beds (in the rooms with double beds/queen/king). The location is absolutely perfect too for bus line, and proximity to main attractions Staff were so lovely and accommodating

Best place in a nice and safe area.

I had a nice room with two huge beds with the most comfortable mattress. Lots of space, nice details like toiletries in a Mexican bag made you feel welcome. Location couldn't be better. In a safe space with guard 24 hours. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Portofirio from reception. Would always choose to stay here again !!

Centrally located in a beautiful, secure building. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a delight to stay in.
