This Hotel doesn't have the Calera posh see view but is located in the heart of Fira. Perfect for who wants visit the island spending a reasonable price for stay. Big room with nice bathroom and shower.
Amazing breakfast and small swimming pool which is good for relax.
Would have been nice to have a space for parking scooter or quad but I know that is very hard in Fira centre.

A perfect location , easy access to everywhere in the center of Fira. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the property. Clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The manager Michael is very accomodating .
Overall I felt at home during my stay.
I hope the batherooms of suite rooms are renovated.

The prime location is right in the middle of town steps away from the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist whose tall tower made it easy to find the hotel every day with stores and restaurants ($-$$$) on both sides of the hotel. We had breakfast in the shaded courtyard and we were given more food than we could possibly eat and we were given free bottles of water every day. The hotel is an oasis of solitude in the frantic and busy city center and we had no noise issues. The bus station is an under 10 minute walk away and we used it to go all over the island. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed plenty big with comfortable sheets and a nice duvet (as we were there in the last week of October). This was the only place in our Greek stays that had a bathtub (old but plenty big for a nice soak) and the towels were a good size and soft and the soaps very nice. The pool was decent sized and very modern yet we didn't have time to enjoy it. All the staff were cheerful and helpful and went out of their way to give information and help us resolve an issue unrelated to the hotel. Simple elegance at an affordable price.

Had a room in the upper building, high ceilings, lovely marble. Great location, nice pool. Nice little garden where they serve you the most amazing huge breakfast!

The location and staff. Very friendly and helpful
The bath was slippery and I was worried about a fall. Maybe handrails to assist getting in and out.
Breakfast was awesome but way too much food.

*The building was beautiful and it was quiet.
*The breakfast was delicious.
*Breakfast courtyard was so serene and pretty.
*Pretty pool area.
*There was no ambience at the hotel.
*The breakfast was enormous and impossible to finish...a waste of food.
*Nowhere to put clothes in the room. We had 7 dress hangers and one tiny side table drawer... so our foldable clothes were in our open suitcases for 10 days!
*Not enough sunbeds in shaded spots.

Staff was amazing, Elias made us dinner once, he was superb!!!!! Very gentle and kind, made us feel at home!!!!
Breakfast with great variety of items, they also made us omelette and expressos!!!!
The room was around 30m2!!!!!!! Great View of the sea from the 1st floor. The location was in the heart of Fira!!!
The TV did not work, but the kindness of Elias made us forget that!!!

The location was fantastic!
Room Location was too far with too many stairs to reception and looked out to Main Street. To much noice. Balcony was pointless.

It is well located just 5/10 mins from the pretty side of Fira.
Although it’s at the back of the nice view side
Don’t be fooled by the pictures on here.
The property is TIRED, it has great potential, but it’s quite run down!
The reception area is kinda ew the outdoor is dusty, the walls need a good paint and all the plants outside were dead.
The swimming pool was quite old and dirty the deckchairs old and a bit rusty.
Breakfast is included but quite poor quality, can’t choose to get to have, its pre set. it’s a good portion but everything is frozen and our omelette was microwaved.
The room we stayed was spacious and with a nice new big bathroom but the interior was old and terribly ugly, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable and the fridge was very noisy and when we complained the only answer was “just unplug it” LOL the staff is quite unhelpful and unbothered, but I felt quite bad because they just look quite unhappy.
The room itself was quite dark and we had no view, if you book make sure you ask to be upstairs!
The price is decent considering Santorini’s rates, but not worth the money.
